NORAD fools gullible children (whoh already believe in the Santa Claus Conspiracy) that NORAD is actually tracking him, as he leaves the north pole, heading towards their houses to bring the goods. NORAD provides cute visuals, implying they are tracking Santa, when clearly, they are not! Is there no one who can be trusted?
