This is an extremely important issue. By joining these world trade organizations, we are actually GIVING sovereignty - lawful authority - over our country and lives to a foreign governing body which has authority in law superior to our national governing entities. Those of you who oppose Codex Alimentarius, which would (fantastic though it does sound, and it is slated to happen very soon) make most vitamins, herbs, and other natural healing substances ILLEGAL except at inflated cost in very small dose capsules and by prescription. Things like flax seed oil, psyllium husk powder, vitamin C powder - many naturally occurring food products, in other words - would be illegal or available only as above by prescription. And this is a good example of what the world trade organizations will to to us. They are of, by, and for the large monopolistic corporations and behind the PR are driven by the obvious agenda of maximizing their control of markets and their
profit.
