-Caveat Lector- Begin forwarded message: From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] Date: May 23, 2006 1:29:22 PM PDT To: [EMAIL PROTECTED] Cc: [EMAIL PROTECTED], [EMAIL PROTECTED], [EMAIL PROTECTED] Subject: 20 Year Cycle of Presidential Deaths in Office A skeptic has pointed out how peculiar it is that,  up until 1840,  not a single US President elected in a "zero-year" died while in office.    On the other hand, instead of the "20 Year Cycle" (sometimes called "Tecumseh's Curse"), we have the equally odd coincidence of no less than 3 presidents (Adams, Jefferson and Monroe) all dying on the "Fourth of July" -- two (Adams and Jefferson) dying on the same day in the same year.    And when were these presidents elected?    John Adams occupied the Presidency during the FIRST "zero-year," in 1800.  (The Presidency did not exist in 1780.)  Thomas Jefferson was his Vice President, succeeding Adams as President only a year afterward, in 1801.  Not long after the next "zero-year" 1820, Adams and Jefferson both died, "coincidentally," on the same day -- the Fourth of July, 1826.   During the SECOND "zero-year," in 1820, James Monroe was (re-)elected President.      So, the original "zero year" was followed by the Presidents then holding office, Adams and Jefferson, both "coincidentally" dying on the Fourth of July.  Five years later, the next "zero year" President, Monroe, likewise "coincidentally"  died on the Fourth of July ...        http://www.near-death.com/experiences/articles012.html   The Jupiter/Saturn conjunction and the Presidential death cycle   An edition of Ripley's Believe It or Not, published in 1934, noted the coincidental 20 year pattern of presidential deaths between 1840 and 1920, with question marks inserted for the upcoming 1940 entry. This implied that there could be a continuation of the cyclic pattern, which was fulfilled when Franklin Roosevelt was re-elected in 1940 and subsequently died in office in 1945. Based on this 20 year death cycle, many astrologers correctly predicted the death of President John F. Kennedy when he was elected in 1960. Similarly, it was expected that President Reagan would also die in office, which almost came to pass with the attempted assassination on March 30, 1981. Bush ----- ----- Taurus 22° EARTH Astrologers believe that Reagan was spared assassination because the Jupiter/Saturn conjunction was a special one in that it was also a "Grand Mutation" - when the conjunction switches to "air" signs.  All the previous conjunctions involved "earth" signs.  According to one astrologer, "The Grand Mutation symbolically corresponds to enormous changes in the law and order of man on earth, his administration of the globe, that last for about 240 years until the next mutation; the internal Great Conjunctions project a symbolism for about twenty years in time until the next conjunction." (Tyl, 1977). Concerning George W. Bush, the Jupiter/Saturn conjunction occurred within days of him taking the presidency. This conjunction is unique in that both the earth and air signs are involved. One particular astrologer on the internet theorizes that this might signify more than one attempt on the president's life. So far, the closest George W. has come to death was on January 14, 2002, when he fainted after choking while eating a pretzel. This would certainly not be a dignified way for a President of the United States to go. It is also my prayer that no harm comes to President Bush. Whether President Reagan broke the karmic influence of the Jupiter/Saturn conjunction is up for debate. The destiny of George W.
