After going through it I would contend that yes, BOOF IS A (CIA?) HOAX to help them get back their pre 1989 proxy state, that a local African Muslim government took from their hands in 1989...The previous pre-1989 state there was heavily dependent and a proxy of USAID/CIA funds...

The North of Sudan had historically closer ties with Egypt and was predominately Arab and Muslim. The South of Sudan was predominately black, with a mixture of Christianity and Animism. These divisions had been further emphasized by the British policy of ruling Sudan’s North and South administratively separately. From 1924 it was illegal for people living above the 10th parallel to go further south, and people below the 8th parallel to go further north. The law was ostensibly enacted to prevent the spread of malaria and other tropical diseases that had ravaged British troops, as well as to prevent Northern Sudanese from raiding Southern tribes for slaves. Critics however, have stated that the law was enacted to prevent the spread of Islam and Arab influences south. The result was increased isolation between the already distinct north and south and arguably laid the seeds of conflict in the years to come.

The resulting conflict was known as the civil war and lasted from 1955 to 1972. In 1972, the Addis Ababa Agreement led to a cessation of the north-south civil war and a degree of self-rule. This led to a ten-year hiatus in the civil war. Under the Addis Ababa Agreement Southern Sudan was given considerable autonomy.
    [edit]

    Second Sudanese Civil War

Main article: Second Sudanese Civil War

In 1983 the civil war was reignited following President Gaafar Nimeiry’s decision to circumvent the Addis Ababa Agreement. President Gaafar Nimeiry attempted to create a Federated Sudan including states in Southern Sudan, which violated the Addis Ababa Agreement which had granted the South considerable autonomy. The Sudan People's Liberation Army formed in May 1983 as a result. Finally, in June 1983, the Sudanese Government under President Gaafar Nimeiry abrogated the Addis Ababa Peace Agreement[1]. The situation was exacerbated after President Gaafar Nimeiry went on to implement Sharia Law in September of the same year [2].

The civil war went for more than 20 years, resulting in the deaths of 2.2 million Christians and Animists, and displacing roughly 4.5 million people within Sudan and into neighbouring countries. It damaged Sudan’s economy and led to food shortages, resulting in starvation and malnutrition. The lack of investment during this time, particularly in the south, meant a generation lost access to basic health services, education, and jobs.

Sudan has an authoritarian government in which all effective political power is in the hands of President Umar Hassan al-Bashir. Bashir and his party have controlled the government since he led the military coup on 30 June 1989.

And THAT independent action in my opinion, set off the whole opera bouffe of Opera Bouf.

Opera Bouf: Another Ham Handed U.S. Psyops Project, Courtesy of the U.S. Against the Sudan

I apologize for its looseness. Just assembling some very odd associations of interests between the supposed "feminist/womanist human rights for Sudan" Bouf... popularized and defended by the neocon media shills...

And, oh, get this, her corporate media hyped Jan 2006 "Diary of a Lost Girl" has the MKULTRA mind control transformation symbol of the butterfly on its cover very prominently. Is that a little inside joke of the arrogant and powerful in on "Project Boof"?

Learn below of her annoying "loose cannon" admittals on that website of hers (or is it), where she says she is taking off from U.S. army bases at 4 a.m. in the morning", etc., etc., though can you believe that either?

Boof is just the sort of thing that sounds tailor made to seed ethnic dissention and useful divide and conquer of Sudan/Africa for the neocons. And its only the neocon press that defends her or has the "exclusive" stories they say about Boof! That's telling as well.

From Boof's website of shallow stereotypes and encouragement of ethnic separatism and new agy slogans, we read the hype:

"Men of Sudan are hardworking, ebony-smooth pretty men…they speak many languages and know much about their past greatness, but they suffer the humiliation of a minority Arab Muslim government that oppresses the true African peoples."
    http://www.kolaboof.com/gallery.htm

so what we have is in this little dreamworld the:

    hardworking
    smooth
    pretty
    speak many languages
    know much
    past greatness
    suffer the humiliation
    true African

    vs.

    minority
    Arab
    Muslim
    government
    oppress

and we should add in "no longer pro U.S." in the mix of course.

Throwing her text aside for a moment, let's look at her "biography" that she relates that has curious international child- adoption trafficking as intimiately a part of it, along with supposedly a murdered family, as well as her supposed stint of sex work with the "CIA mind reader" (her MKULTRA handler?) Osama bin Laden? Others say that OBL was no where near that location though in 1996.

If Boof is MKULTRA, granting some true semblance of an orphan's life somewhere back there, she certainly has the broken family background the CIA likes to utilize, though it's hard to verify any of her claims about herself, though from the people who sponsor and throw her toward an impressionable public, those puppetmasters are the ones that have really made Boof, Inc. You'll see what I mean.

I'll go through and highlight with bolded or brackets anything that I think is interesting. and fill in her "official web story" with other text from elsehwere.

[She claims] Born on the Nile River in Omdurman, Sudan…Naima Bint Harith(Kola Boof)

[where did she get this new name? In her autobiography she says it is based on a combination of Clara Bow and Betty Boop, U.S. silent film stars, one of them of course just a little drawing. Was her MKULTRA programming patterned and linked to Boop? In those who have come out to talk about it, there is a lot of child torture intersperced with using animated/Disney films and attempts to get the child to self-identify with the script of the actors in the movie, then they control the child by playing out the parts in real life that she was imprinted to believe in as real under duress and torture.]

She says she came to the United States after her parents, Egyptian archeologist Harith Bin Farouk and his only wife, Jiddi, (a charcoal Gisi-Waaq of Somalia's Oromo nomads), were murdered in Kola's presence for having spoken out against slavery and the oppression of Black Africans under the rule of Sudan's Arab-Islamic political factions.

[This is said to be unlikely situation and poorly sourced. And the story is hyped by the very 'high wierdness' elite organizations like "Freedom House" which has been involved in the international revolutionary occult movement for years, as the link from the Wikipedia article on Boof goes to.]

Kola Boof, who was born on March 3, 1972 at 2:14 in the afternoon, (according to the Government of Sudan birth records), was put up for adoption by her Egyptian grandmother, Najet Kolbookek, because the grandmother felt that Kola's skin color was too dark for inclusion in her father's Arabic family.

[It was through UNICEF she was brought for a short time to London, England, to live with an Ethiopian family. And just to show the high wierdness of UNICEF, it's now being run by the Monsanto connected lawyer who was the U.S. Sec of Agriculture, Ann Vedeman. And previous exec director was tied right into to Morgan Stanley, who was in the (CIA?) Peace Corps in the early 1960s in Guatamala, this was a decade after the CIA overthrew the democratically elected government of Guatamala in 1953-4.

Headquartered in New York City, UNICEF provides long-term humanitarian and developmental assistance to children and mothers in developing countries. A voluntarily funded agency, UNICEF relies on contributions from governments and private donors. Its programmes emphasize developing community-level services to promote the health and well-being of children. [Is this "community level service," flying orphan Sudanese children to London, for adoption? Why snatch Boof? Did UNICEF do this often?]

Following the reaching of term limits by Executive Director of UNICEF Carol Bellamy, former United States Secretary of Agriculture Ann Veneman [with her Monsanto connections] took control of the organization in May 2005...

And Carol Bellamy, previously in charge of UNICEF could have U.S. intel connections with this background: "During her tenure, she doubled UNICEF's resources from roughly $800 million in 1994 to more than $1.8 billion in 2004. Prior to leading UNICEF, Ms. Bellamy was the director of the Peace Corps from 1993 to 1995. She was the first person who has been both a volunteer for the organization and its director. She was a Peace Corps volunteer in Guatemala from 1963 to 1965. She was highly successful in business and politics. She was a Managing Director at Bear Stearns & Co. from 1990 to 1993, a Principal at Morgan Stanley from 1986 to 1990, and an associate in the New York law firm of Cravath, Swaine & Moore from 1968 to 1971. In 1990 this woman was associated with Mario Cuomo.

The UNICEF term of office for executive officer surprisingly ends on May Day, founding day of the Illuminati in 1776. Just a coincidence that new blood comes in on May day in these international organizations, Just a coincidence it may covertly follow a ritual calendar.

Before the Morgan Stanleyite, attempting to get back to Boof era UNICEF, there was

James P. Grant (1922 - 1995) became UNICEF's third Executive Director in January 1980.

Grant was the son of an internationally recognized public health specialist based in Asia. He had worked for UN Relief and Rehabilitation Administration in China after World War II, and then with the US International Co-operation Administration, where he was appointed Deputy Director in 1958. After working briefly at the US Department of State during the Kennedy Administration, he served with the [CIA filled] US Agency for International Development during the 1960s. In 1969, he became the first head of the Overseas Development Council, a private 'think tank' he founded in Washington, D.C., where he worked until becoming UNICEF's Executive Director in 1980.

OK, here's the full list of directors, this was rather hard to find actually.

    The previous Executive Directors are:
    1. Maurice Pate (1945–65)
    2. Henry Labouisse (1965–80)
    3. James P. Grant (1980–95)
    4. Carol Bellamy (1995–2005)
    5. Ann Veneman (2005-)

So it would be under Henry Labouisse.

Henry Richardson Labouisse, Jr. (February 11, 1904 - March 25, 1987). Son of Henry Richardson, Sr., and Frances Devereux [THIS IS A MAJOR OCCULT BLOODLINE NAME] (Huger), he was the director of the United Nations Children's Fund for fifteen years. He was also a member of the United States Council on Foreign Relations. He married Elizabeth Scriven Clark on June 29, 1935. A lawyer, he was United States Ambassador to France 1952-1954, as well as US United States Ambassador to Greece 1962-1965. The Labouisse Prize is in his honor. An Anglican of Louisiana, he married Eve Curie, nine years after Clark died, in 1954.

His second wife, Ève Denise Curie Labouisse (born December 6, 1904 in Paris) is a U.S. (French-born) author and writer. She is the second daughter of Marie and Pierre Curie and has written an acclaimed biography of her mother, "Madame Curie." After the defeat of France in 1940, Eve Curie moved to England and worked for the Allied and Free French causes during the rest of the war. In 1945 Eve Curie published "Journey Among Warriors," a chronicle of her travel to the fronts of World War II. She was appointed Special Adviser to the Secretary General of NATO in 1952 and served on NATO's International Staff until she and Henry Richardson Labouisse, Jr. were married in 1954. Mr. Labouisse served for fifteen years as Executive Director of the United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF).

In the previous generation, of his first wife:

Robert Sterling Clark was born in New York City on June 25, 1877, the son of Alfred Corning and Elizabeth Scriven Clark. An heir to the Singer sewing machine fortune (his grandfather had been Isaac Singer's business partner), he also inherited from his father a lively interest in art collecting. In 1899 Clark graduated from [SKULL AND BONES OWNED SUBSECTION AT] Yale University's Sheffield Scientific School with a degree in engineering. [However, he is not Skull and Bones though there are numerous other Clarks who are.] He then entered the United States Army, which sent him to Manila and also to China, where he helped to suppress the Boxer Rebellion. In July 1900 his courageous and distinguished participation in the capture of Tientsin earned him the commission of first lieutenant, and Clark subsequently took part in the siege and capture of Peking (Beijing). Clark spent the next two years in Washington before returning to Peking in 1903. In 1905, he traveled to the West Indies and began preparations for an ambitious undertaking: an expedition to a remote area of northern China. Under Clark's leadership an expedition of thirty-six men carried out zoological and ethnological research and made the first map of a little-known area of China between 1908 and 1909. This expedition came to an abrupt end, however, when the party's Indian surveyor and interpreter, Hazrat Ali, was killed by the Chinese. Clark returned to the United States and published a vivid account of the day-to-day experiences of the expedition together with its scientific results: Through Shên-kan: The Account of the Clark Expedition in North China, 1908-1909, by Robert Sterling Clark and Arthur de C. Sowerby, ed. by Major C. H. Chepmell (London and Leipzig: T. Fisher Unwin, 1912).

The first director was Maurice Pate, who was good friends with U.S. intellgence devil, Herbert Hoover, Bohemian Grover.

Maurice Pate (1894-1965) was UNICEF's first executive director from January 1947 until his death in January 1965, a few months before he was to retire.

Under Pate's leadership, UNICEF grew to be the United Nations's most famous and respected agency, a world-wide operation providing, during his administration, food and medical aid for upwards of a hundred million children. Many people helped: political leaders whose nations contributed funds, artists who designed UNICEF greeting cards, school children who collected money at Halloween. But it was Pate's personal integrity and selflessness that inspired all the others. Speaking of the United Nations, Dag Hammarskjold said, "The work of UNICEF is at the heart of the matter -- and at the heart of UNICEF is Maurice Pate." During the Hungarian uprising [against the USSR, which the CIA encouraged, and then let them hang] of 1956, when the government would admit no other U.N. official, Pate went to Budapest and, after walking the streets in a three-day survey, dispatched orders for the UNICEF aid he saw was needed. In 1960 he arrived in Leopoldville soon after the outbreak of the Congo crisis to provide badly needed food, having been summoned for this mission by Dag Hammarskjold, from a movie house, only three nights before. Introducing Pate at a UNICEF dinner, Herbert Hoover called him "the most efficient human angel I have ever known."

"He has been succeeded by Henry Labouisse, a man eminently qualified by experience for this task, who was chosen by Maurice Pate,

This is the coterie of people running UNICEF, which supposedly took Boof away from Egypt to London, if this part of the story is believable:

    On Boof:

Boof was sent to England to live with an Ethiopian family,

[stop the press here: so "Ethiopian British families", the story goes, used the U.N. to adopt a Sudanese girl from Africa, rejected her and "gave her back" to adoption in England? ?? Certainly there is more going on here? Who were these original UK Ethiopian families? What was their background?]

but they soon rejected the child as well…because they feared she might be "a witch." They complained that Naima was just "too smart, too talkative" for a girl child. She was let for adoption again…and placed this time with an African-American family in Washington, D.C.'s lower class neighborhood, Anacostia Park.

[So, a lower class DC black family gets it into its collective head to adopt a young pre-pubescent likely horror stricken Sudanese female child...from a London agency...Which U.S./U.K. adoption workers arranged this little transatlantic thing?]

The DC Black Americans welcomed young Naima with open arms...

    ...

Kola Boof began her career in 1997 when Ethiopian businessman Russom Damba financed the publication of her stunning poetry collection, Every Little Bit Hurts. They launched the book in Morocco and Southern Europe-

[why launch it there? It does, you know, sound suspicious to me. I can find little else on Damba except this story about him. Surprisingly, it's the right wing that talks up Boof: FOX News has "exclusive" popularization of Boof, which may be telling.]

FOX NEWS EXLCUSIVE interview with Kola Boof
Ethiopian publisher Russom Damba confirmed today (Dec. 31st, 2002) that he is reluctantly dropping his most successful author, outspoken feminist Kola Boof...

And why does the Project Mockingbird U.S. press take it upon itself to popularize Boof as well:

"In 2002, newspapers around the world, including the New York Post, Village Voice and Washington Times reported the firebombing of Boof's Ethiopian publisher, Russom Damba."

Yep, just as I was afraid. Boof is into a whole lot else than "writing" and her claimsof "having sex with CIA mind readers."

Ms. Boof has been defended publicly by her close friends, former head of the NAACP Joe Madison, author Derrick Bell, and Nigerian scholar Chinweizu. Boof [claims to have] lived under government protection from 2002 to January 2005. [Though the FBI denies this.] As of 2006, Kola Boof was the highest ranking woman in the Sudanese People's Liberation Army (SPLA)

Originally called "Agent Nya Miuokda" by her SPLA commanders, Boof was later dubbed "Agent Queen Kola" and worked spy missions and channeled weapons to Commanders Athor and Yaka's camps in Buoth, Waniek and Pariang. That is Boof on herself.

Though "sexism" and political disagreements have at times strained Boof's relationship with the SPLA (in 2002 they had a falling out over Boof's glamorous "public" spectacles in the U.S. and U.K.), Kola Boof remains a member of the SPLA and documented her work for the organization in her 2006 autobiography, "Diary of a Lost Girl". Ms. Boof's poem "Chol Apieth" was used to memorialize SPLA founder/leader John Garang at his state funeral in 2005.

In the last several years, journalists like Bruce Dunne (Post Journal), Mark Fogarty (Chicago Tribune) [THAT'S THE BILDERBERG/ NEOCON PAPER OF CRIMINAL FLEECER, CANADIAN MR. BLACK, CHICAGO TRIBUNE SYNDICATES PLAME OUTER WRITERS CLOSE TO RICHARD PERLE..., AND HAS KISSINGER ON ITS BOARD OF DIRECTORS] and Simon Jenkins (Newscorp) [WHY ALL THE 'CONSERVATIVE RIGHT WING PRESS' DEFENDING BOOF'S "LEGEND?] were able to "disprove" the claims made by numerous enemies of Boof...

Who were the right wing reactionary Boof defenders working against?

It says David Hoile, publisher of the Media Monitors website, who called Boof a "hoax". Then the neocon media defends "Operation Boof" with huge coverage.

That in itself should tell us that the whole Boof thing is a public relations event to foment civil war and perhaps U.S. proxy penetration into several central African states, via dissention of Boof as one of their agit-prop projects?

This is what made the neocon's mad, and I highlight a bit that I found telling:

Sudan and the Kola Boof Hoax: "Slavery" Propaganda Exposed

    by David Hoile/ESPAC

The Sudanese civil war has generated a vast amount of propaganda and disinformation. The intervention in Sudan by foreign powers, especially the United States, and by civil groups with partisan religious and political motivations, has exacerbated and prolonged a tragic conflict by the deliberate and cynical manufacture of blatantly manufactured distortions, lies and hoaxes.

A recent and archetypal example of this process was the manipulation of the image of Sudan for personal and propaganda purposes in the campaign surrounding a woman calling herself Kola Boof. (1) The author of 'Long Train to the Redeeming Sin: Stories of African Women', Ms Boof's "sudden" appearance on the Internet "several months ago" was noted by 'The New York Times' in December 2002. (2) Ms Boof came to prominence when she claimed that she had been made the subject of a Sudanese government fatwa issued by a Sudanese diplomat in London, Mr Jamal Ibrahim, and Dr Hasan Turabi, the former speaker of the Sudanese Parliament, allegedly sentencing her to death for being opposed to the Khartoum government and blaspheming Islam. Ms Boof claimed that she had been sentenced to be beheaded. These claims were carried by several media outlets. (3) She claimed that the fatwa had been issued in September 2002 by the Sudanese government, and that this had been conveyed to her by the SPLA, who in turn claimed to have had it confirmed by a Mr Tanzim Wasti, Mr Ibrahim's secretary and by Islamist activist Sheikh Omar Bakri.

[It sort of sounds like yet another "and then, sob sob, the Iraqi soldiers with guns came into the hospital, and I watched them take the babies out of the incubators, sob sob..," eh?]

On the basis of these and other previous claims Ms Boof quickly emerged as a darling of the anti-Sudan campaign, and was embraced by activists such as Joe Madison and Maria Sliwa of "FreeWorldNow". (4) The 'New York Times' revealed how impressionable [or sucker, let's just say it] members of African-American society came forward to help her campaign because of having read her claims as publicised on the Internet. Demonstrations were held in her name. The Association for Women's Rights in Development (AWD), for example, arranged simultaneous demonstrations in New York city, Los Angeles and Washington-DC on 7 November 2002 to "protest" the "Sept. 26th death sentence from Sudan ordering that Black womanist writer Kola Boof is to be beheaded". The AWID protest literature spoke of "our beloved Queen Kola". (5)

Building on her anti-Khartoum theme, Ms Boof also stated in interviews for example: "I am a political activist, a soldier in Dr. John Garang's Sudanese People's Liberation Army". (6) It subsequently emerged that she had made a number of other interesting claims. She claimed, for example, that she was the daughter of an Egyptian archaeologist and a Somalian princess, and that she had lived in Omdurman, Sudan, until she was 10 or 11, in 1978. Ms Boof claimed that in 1978 "my parents...were murdered for speaking up against slavery and the brutish Islamic government of Sudan". (7) She claimed that "murahleen" tribesmen had killed them in front of her. She claims that her Egyptian grandmother then put her up for adoption and that through UNICEF she travelled to London and was taken in by an Ethiopian family who eventually gave her up because, she said, they thought she might be a witch. She says she was then adopted by a black family in Washington-DC in 1980. (8)

Ms Boof also claimed that the Sudan People's Liberation Army was in existence as early as 1977, and that as a little girl she had attended SPLA meetings. [However, the organization didn't exist then, so she had to backtrack its origin date to make it fit with her "legend."]

    The Mundane Truth

Every one of these claims unravelled under examination. The facts were far less interesting. [Or are they, when the Sudanese Ambassasor takes time to "counter" Project Boof?] Mr Jamal Ibrahim, the deputy chief of mission at the Sudanese embassy in Britain, wrote an article critical of Ms Boof and claims that she had previously made, an article published in 'Al- Sharq Al-Awsat' in September 2002. In this article he criticised her "falsehood and dishonesty" in previous claims. Ms Boof subsequently claimed [and spun] that this article was in fact a fatwa, inaccurately stating that fatwa is "a contract for assassination". (9)

Unlike Ms Boof, 'The New York Times' took the trouble to confirm the claims made to her by the SPLA in London. The newspaper spoke to Sheikh Omar Bakri, a senior judge of the Islamic sharia court in London, and someone noted for his forthright views. Ms Boof claimed that Bakri had been party to the fatwa. He stated that "nobody issued a fatwa against Kola Boof". (10) The Islamic judge went on to state: "I know she was criticized by a Muslim official in London, but he isn't in a position to issue a fatwa."

This was confirmed by Mr Ibrahim himself, who said the claim was "bizarre and baseless" and that: "My own view is that she wants to make use of this to help her in selling her books. It is a bizarre exercise in public relations." (11) Mr Ibrahim did criticise Ms Boof in his article, and there would appear to be considerable grounds for legitimate criticism, but as 'The New York Times' observed "criticism isn't the same as a fatwa". It would appear that the SPLA in London deliberately misrepresented the issue.

    Unraveling the Lies

Ms Boof's claims about her early life are similarly flawed. She alleged that murahleen tribesmen killed her parents in Omdurman. These horsemen are only found in southern Kordofan, several hundred miles away from Omdurman. It is the equivalent in American terms of being attacked in a Washington-DC suburb by a band of Oklahoma cattlemen. She also claimed that the SPLA were in existence in 1977. It is also a simple matter of record that the SPLA was founded only in late 1983. (12) Ms Boof's claim that her father was murdered in 1978 for speaking "up against...the brutish Islamic government of Sudan" similarly jars with reality. In 1978 Sudan was resolutely secular, governed by President Jaafar Nimeiri, a close American ally whose government was one of the largest recipients of international American economic and military assistance. The present Islamic government in Sudan only came to power in 1989.

Ms Boof made a number of other claims about herself. In August 2002, she claimed to have been shot at outside Los Angeles by Arab Muslim gunmen, and that she shot back. Boof further claimed to be under FBI protection. The 'New York Times' reported that the FBI "had no knowledge of Ms. Boof". (13)

Ms Boof was also said by 'The New York Times' to have "told flamboyant stories about her life in Egypt and Morocco, where, she said she was a B-movie actress [Betty Boop? Clara Bow patterning wearing through fantasy/reality mix of an MKULTRA?] and a high level prostitute, operating in luxury hotels..." It was during this time in Morocco [where she indeed may have been a high level MKULTRA prostitute] that Ms Boof also [threw in and] claimed to have had an affair with Osama bin Laden in 1996. She elaborated on this alleged affair in a January 2003 statement when she claimed that it was a four month sexual relationship in Morocco. She had met bin Laden in a Senegalese restaurant "which was the only place in Marrakech where they knew how to cook lion's meat" (one of her "favorite" dishes).

She claimed that she subsequently became "Osama's mistress" and that she had "lounged about in silk and diamonds". (14) One of the most watched men in the world, there is no record whatsoever of bin Laden being in Morocco in 1996.

[THIS IS REALLY INTERESTING THAT PROJECT BOOF IS THROWING IN EVEN PRO-ISRAELI PROPOGANDA]

Boof has also made other jarring claims, speaking, for example, about "rich Palestinians who have black women slaves working in their kitchens, their tongues cut out of their heads." (15)

Ms Boof's somewhat elaborate claims began to be actively challenged by the end of 2002. The 'New York Times' examined her allegations in some depth. (16) In an interview with the newspaper, Ms Boof admitted to being manipulative: "I can't deny that I'm a conniving person...I have to manipulate the system, and I don't mind if you publish that..." The newspaper discredited the fatwa claim. Ms Boof was dropped by her publisher at the end of 2002. And, despite having been warmly embraced and extensively publicised by the anti- Sudan lobby within the United States and elsewhere, Ms Boof's claims soon became even too outrageous for all but the diehard fringe.

The SPLA has distanced itself from Ms Boof. The 'New York Times' reported that the SPLA "embraced her and then backed away, as Ms. Boof's personal, if not literary credentials have been called into question [and moreover, they probabaly caught on she was a U.S. plant in their organization]."

Deng Ajak, secretary-general of the anti-government Sudan Commission for Human Rights, stated that he was initially supportive of Ms Boof "but when she said in one of her own e-mails to me that she had a brief encounter of dating Osama bin Laden, I said to my colleagues that we need to pull the plug on this one".

He stated that "This could be one of the most impressively spun and choreographed pieces of fiction that one could imagine".

Nevertheless, Ms Boof claimed that "the Southern Blacks of my homeland" have accorded her the title of "Queen Kola". (17)

The 'New York Times' reported that Ms Silwa [the other organization that originally fanned the flames around Project Boof who was seemingly taken in] has also "distanced" herself from Kola Boof's claims, quoting her as stating: "I don't think it behooves our human rights interest to connect ourselves with someone who is inconsistent and can't prove her identity." (18) [However,] Joe Madison [of NAACP] continues to publicise Ms Boof.

[Another odd point, is that Boof's PR tour seems to be coordinated from U.S. military bases: "Here I am on the Air Force Helicopter that transported me from a base in Virginia to Washington D.C. at 4 a.m. on Friday, August 27th...so that I could make my very first Public Appearance at the Sudanese Embassy."
    http://www.kolaboof.com/booktour2.htm

[What, with throwing in anti-Palistinian propoganda into the whole Boof campaign, and her flying in the dark from U.S. military bases at 4 a.m., Boof is really just a U.S. psyops operation. For her to carry on like this, blathering away mixing fantasy/reality, she may indeed be mind controlled.]

    Conclusion

Ms Boof and her claims provide a clear example of how patently false and self-serving lies about Sudan have been accepted at face value and publicised by the anti-Sudan industry. She has sold more of her books as a result of these claims. Ms Boof has deliberately sought publicity, both personal and commercial on the basis of these assertions.

The pattern is a sad one. Outrageous claims are manufactured and disseminated widely. Eventually allegations are exposed as either exaggerated or utterly groundless, or collapse in the face of their own absurdity and self-contradictions. All but the most bigoted or partisan of their disseminators retreat into a discrete silence - but never have the honesty or integrity to admit their complicity in a hoax, or to publicise the falsity of their previous articles. The miasma of defamatory claims against Sudan is once again added to, and only a short time elapses before yet another hoax or lie is launched and credulously disseminated by a media that never seems to learn the lessons of its previous blunders.

[Conclusion? U.S. wants to remove the Muslim government of Sudan that came in in 1989 and took away their CIA/USAID proxy controlled government there. Boof is part of this attempt to "get back the Sudan" for the U.S. empire]

    Notes:

1. There appears to be some doubt as to her original name. On one of her websites, she says that her name is Naima Bint Harith ("The Woman is Dangerous: Biography of Kola Boof", at http:// www.kolaboof.com/dangerous.htm). On another of her websites, she gives her name as "Naima Alu Kolbookek "("Kola Boof", at http:// authors.aalbc.com/kola_boof.htm).
