Hello IPCUSA,
Below is a repost from the Mind Control Activism group about
creating a breed of "cheerful" mice. Through a few generations of
selective breeding, I created a breed of always cheerful rats by 1982
(they made excellent pets).
In early 1982, when I was being remotely tortured and the attempt
to robotise me was not going well (to remove my self will and reduce me
to a servilce cyborg, through surgery, implants, mind control, drugs,
training etc.), one perp told me "sometimes it can be very painful at
first". I was told by other perps that the pain was only temporary (not
by direct brain communication, but in person on the streets in LA).
In fact, it is possible to entirely eliminate pain in humans,
ccrime, war etc... This could be done by selective breeding and
reengineering human society (but it would only be about 99% effective),
or it could be done by human robotisation, mind control, bioprogramming
(behavioural modication through biochemicals, which using artificial
intelligence can approach computer programming in effect and
effectiveness), infecting people with drug releasing strains of E coli
and other bacteria etc...
Perps and their nameless masters (in case you get to know them on
a personal basis), will often justify their crimes as in "the ends
justify the means". My response is, better for all people to be just
dead, leaving no descendents, than for the human species to become
extinct, and be supplanted by "happy" cyborgs with no self will or self
determination.
Pleasure and pain are evolutionary sisters, one is closely related
to the other. If you can not feel pain, I doubt you can really feel
pleasure either (I do not feel much of either as a cyborg, and it is my
preference to not feel much pain or pleasure, as in stimulatory
pleasure and pain, outside of intellectual pursuits). Sex and violence
are also evolutionary sisters, one being closely related to the other.
But violence is not a requirement for sex or sexual pleasure. Perps and
their masters are at the level of association of violence with sexual
pleasure and stimulation. Any act which causes intentionally someone
pain is an act of violence.
When I bred my always happy rats (and unusually intelligent,
playful, and human friendly rats), I did not think too much of it. One
of the biggest problems was to find good homes for all the surplus
population, they were populatr for pets.
For the purpose of pets, the breed of rat I developed was an
improvement, bringing out qualities already found in wild and
domesticated rats. Creating pain crime and war free humans, is
certainly an improvement as well, when one is using them for slaves,
from the perspective of slave masters, or would be slave masters.
Best,
Alan Van Arsdale
If researchers can do it to mice, they can do it to humans.

Researchers create permanently "happy" mice:
A breed of permanently "cheerful" mice is providing
hope for depression treatment, scientists report.
