In the Washington Post, Holly Higgins writes that Taliban has reversed
its poppy policy since the US liberated poppies from Taliban in 2001
and redeveloped US poppy production in Afghanistan to greater than the
level of CIA poppy production achieved pre-Taliban. Bush has taught
Taliban to grow poppies. The poppies are free, Taliban has learned to
respect United Fruit plantation's right to grow anything colonial
interests want to grow on Afghan soil.
Like the US seizing hospitals and shooting ambulance drivers in Faluja
and Hit, Iraq, to teach unteach the Geneva Convention and Hippocratic
oath, and to teach Iraqi medpers not to treat Pvt Jessica Lynch next
time, and like FEMA post-Katrina hanging a sign saying "morgue"
outside a temporary hospital at New Orleans airport in which 80 living
people were denied water by FEMA eugenicists until four were rescued
and 56 designated revive-able by water by two doctors(Gerhardt,
Perlmutter, witnessed by Rev. Toby Nelson of CA), CIA drug policy in
Afghanistan from the 1980's to the present has taught Taliban that if
they intefere with poppy growing, they will be invaded, so join the
CIA drug party like Al Rashid Trust, Saud Memon, Osama bin Laden, and
Huey Newton.

Nice try(see link below to Holly's WashPost article). At least you did
not have to witness relief, reconstruction, development, or
nation-building under DoD, as in Iraq. See Imperial Life in the
Emerald City, Rajiv Chandrasekaran, a Washington Post reporter. A USMC
major in Al Faw Palace, Baghdad, recommended the book to me, and not
because he thinks Dept of Navy would run the occupation better than
DoD.
Have you heard of Sarah Chayes? I bought her arghand.org Afghan soap
for gifts, made by former opium farmers. Sarah was a journalist, but
has since recovered from the addiction to profit from other people's
drama. Now she sells soap, an honest product of former Afghan opium
farmers.
The general consensus of papers in Nation-Building, a collection
edited by self-confessed ex-neocon Francis Fukayama, is that since
2001 opium production has become the biggest problem in Afghanistan.
Professor Noam Chomsky said in Failed States that to become informed
on US government involvement in drug cultivation and smuggling, we
must read the 101 prerequisite textbooks by professors Alfred McCoy,
Peter Dale Scott, and Michel Chossudovsky. What you witnessed was the
British East India Company hosting a drug interdiction conference.
Helmand borders the Pashtun Smuggler Zone, aka NWF of Pakistan where
Osama lives. The morning of 9/11/2001, Osama bin Laden had a joint
checking account with governor of West Virginia Percy Rockefeller's
wife, and according to Bernard Henri Levy, 90% of OBL's funding comes
through Al Rashid Trust, Saud Memon agent, Ireland. Saud, Saudi? The
Saudi monarchs and other oil oligarchs such as the Rockefeller family
control CIA heroin money through front companies in Ireland, see
"Shamrock", a Rockefeller oil service company described by Rodney
Stich, as an CIA drug money input front in Ireland corresponding to a
CIA drug money output front in Ireland, Al Rashid Trust.
Al Qaeda means "the base", or "the database", literally the 1980's CIA
personnel database of political islamists. According to Rashid
Khalidi, in The Iron Cage, the British started funding and cultivating
political islam, and CIA inherited The Base, or al-CIA-duh, in the
1980's.
My father, William Heflin Dodds, created the overall CIA personnel
database. I have manuals written in his hand-writing, and then
published versions of same. I have the personnel file of one Lucifer
S. Machiavelli. I bought my DMT, STP, and Hawaiian woodrose, as a CIA
brat, from retired CIA deputy director of western hemisphere
operations' Caldwell King's ANDCO. I also knew CIA executive director
Charles Briggs. A CIA brat smuggled hundreds of pounds of opiated
hashish back in rugs. I knew of a USAF major who smuggled coke, two
ex-Marines who smuggled coke on a large scale for Oliver North. I grew
up knowing people who worked for the mafia and CIA at the same time.
My point is that "Taliban" is just a subset of "The Base", CIA's
personnel database of political islamists, and has recently been
re-invented to divert blame for the fact that since US forces
liberated poppies from Taliban in 2001, poppy production has returned
to CIA levels like the 1980's, and even exceeded those levels.
You also ought to know that Pakistan runs Taliban. Taliban's military
officers were always Pak.
Pak ISI general Mahmoud Ahmad was documented for funding chief 911
hijacker Mohamed Atta. Ahmad also had a long history of commanding two
soldiers of al-CIA-duh, Pakistani 911 mastermind Khalid Sheikh Mohamed
and Pakistani 911 moneyman Amed Omar Saeed Sheikh, "Omar" as mentioned
by Pak president Musharaf in his book, and by 19th hijacker, would-be
hijacker Zacarias Moussaoui. Saudi intel as well as Pak intel was
connected to Mohamed Atta in Florida, see Daniel Hopsicker for the
Saudi intel connections to Atta.
Saud Memon of Al Rashid Trust was directly involved in the kidnap
murder of Wall St Journal report Daniel Pearl, as were also Pakistani
911 mastermind KSM and Pakistani 911 moneyman Omar. There again in
coverup, we see Pak ISI and Saudi intel and CIA heroin money working
together.
The three largest businesses in the world are oil, weapons, and drugs.
With that in mind, note how CIA-controlled heroin money flows through
oil service front company Shamrock in Ireland, and again you see the
oil oligarchy controlling CIA heroin money composing 90% of Osama bin
Laden's money through Al Rashid Trust, Saud Memon, also an Irish
front. "Taliban" poppies, and IRA Sinn Fein behind Al Rashid Trust? I
don't think so. In between the JFK assassination and 911, Porter Goss
flew to Pakistan in August 2001 to meet with General Mahmud Amad,
commander of two Pakistanis who were the 911 mastermind and 911
moneyman, KSM and Omar. Then the morning of 911, Goss was in DC having
breakfast with the same General Amad. "Taliban?" You really must
glance at a few words from a book by professors McCoy, Scott, or
Chossudovsky, or Daniel Hopsicker's book about Atta and Saudi intel.
Chomsky says those are 101 prerequisites before you can say Taliban
liberated the poppies in 2001.
Hundreds of Afghan women have burned themselves alive with gasoline
since the US liberated Afghan poppies, not women, in 2001. But it
would be even worse if DoD ran relief, reconstruction, development and
nation-building, as in Iraq. That would be, as the president's father
called it, "the velvet glove is off the iron fist". State Department
and USAID are the old, obsolete velvet glove of oil, weapons and
drugs.
You may have noticed the price of oil and the production of poppies
and sales of weapons go up after wars in Afghanistan and Iraq were
over and won, according to Bush.
You might have noticed the re-invention of Taliban when opium
production in Afghanistan exceeded 6000 tons a year, or 130% of world
consumption, starting from zero in 2001. In tandem with re-inventing
Taliban to take the blame, in stories like yours, for a resurgence of
opium production, oil prices went down a little, coincident with a few
people voting Republican in November 2006. Oil prices went up and down
between 2001 and 2006 without any change in supply or demand, which is
to say, the love of money is the root of all evil. Using drug money to
excuse oil price gouging and to sell weapons looks like three
businesses with the same root to me.
On a simple practical level, it has been impossible for Pakistan to
spend money on education because they spent it all on developing
nuclear weapons. All the heroin money can pay for is the wages of the
heroin junta, with nothing left over for teachers, unless you call
neo-colonialist madrassas schools.
It would be inconvenient for the Saudi monarchs to spend on education
because Pak ISI and the Saudi monarchs have learned to imitate British
and French colonialist means of population control in muslim
countries. See Rashid Khalidi, The Iron Cage. Actually the Saudis do
spend a lot on dis-education, or manchurian Condy date mind-control
madrasas of British style political islam.
I went to college with Condy. I don't know how I escaped becoming a
manchurian Condy Date myself. She does not talk straight. We must have
been in different dimensions in the same place. I guess I had learned
enough from my MKULTRA upbringing to find half a way out that early in
the game. By MKULTRA, I mean CIA drugs including some herbs from
family friend Caldwell King's ANDCO. Apparently the drugs were not
strong enough to replicate Prescott Bush's ruthless elite deviant
Darwinian eugenic hierarchicalist meddling war criminal delusions of
grandeur. I think Geronimo is having the last laugh. Prescott dug up
Geronimo's bones, must have been powerfully envious to do so much
grunt labor to acquire what another man discarded as junk. There is no
Nuremburg for taste.

Poppy production was nearly unheard of here before the Soviet invasion
in 1979. But today, most farmers grow poppy...Though the Taliban
pulled out of Lashkar Gah after the U.S. invasion in 2001, they have
gradually made their way back, working with drug lords to control the
production of the poppy crop they once forbade, the profits from which
now fuel their resistance. But maintaining poppy production is only
part of their mission.
