The biggest customer of "made in the USA" high-tech Big Brother
technology is, predictably, Red China.
The ongoing "privatization" of "intelligence" -- surveillance, data-
mining, and "crowd control" able to pinpoint individual targets for
manipulation-- isn't really a surrender of control by the US
government, as it's viewed, it's only a waiver of the PRETENSE of
exercising any "public interest" oversight by politicians who b now
have sold out everything in the public trust to their Corporate
Overlords in exchange for a good time. What we are witnessing in
this age of the "global market" is a "hostile takeover" of national
sovereignties by trans- or supra-national CEOs (themselves just
front-men, like Kissinger, for the global ruling class) --
inevitable when oil cartels (among others) have larger treasuries
than the United States and all the nations of Europe combined and
can afford higher technology, better intelligence, and better-
trained armies than any nation.
