           Richard C. Deacon's " HISTORY of the BRITISH SECRET

           INTELLIGENCE SERVICE " published in 1980 says

           that the American military released thousands

           of Mafia thugs for the invasion of Sicily and Italy.

           1943.

           At least 15 percent of the American military were

           former Mafia and Cosa Nostra.  Italian dictator

           Benito Mussolini had hated the Mafia and had

           expunged the Mafia from Italian-Sicilian politics

           and business.  Mussolini's jails were full of Mafia.


           But after the U.S. invasion of Italy-Sicily all

           of the former incarcerated Mafia were released and

           installed in government.


           One MAFIA FAMILY seemed to be ROYALTY.  That was

           the GUILIANI FAMILY.


           Deacon went on to state that in Sicily and Italy

           after the invasion there were literally hundreds

           of towns and villages who had mayors by the

           name of GUILIANI.


           We already know that RUDI GUILIANI'S father was

           a MOB BOSS in New York City.


           RUDI GUILIANI'S law firms NUMBER ONE CLIENT is

           CINTRA CORPORATION ( owned by KING JUAN CARLOS of

           SPAIN ).  CINTRA is currently building the

           NAFTA SUPERHIGHWAY through Texas.


           Now it looks possible that the MAFIA is going to

           have a man as President of the FORMER AMERICAN

           REPUBLIC.  Such is the current sad fate of

           our country.
