Judge Wayne Alley (the federal judge who was yanked off the
McVeigh/Nichols prosecution, against his will) just *denied* the FBI's
Motion for Summary Judgement. (4/15/99)
Bare in mind that I am the only reporter to file such suits in the OKC
bombing case case (I also have a lawsuit against the Sheriff's bomb squad.
That suit is pending).

David Hoffman, author of The Oklahoma City Bombing and the Politics of
Terror, has filed a lawsuit against the FBI under the federal Freedom of
Information Act.
Hoffman, Editor & Publisher of the Haight Ashbury Free Press, alleges that
the FBI has not complied with his request for the surveillance videotapes
surrounding the Federal Building, that would have shown who really carried
out the deadly attack on April 19, 1995. The videos would also show the
actual moment of destruction of the Federal Building-revealing whether it
was destroyed by a fertilizer bomb alone, or assisted by demolition
charges placed inside the building.
Like the infamous home video taken by Abraham Zapruder on November
23,
1963 in Dallas, showing the direction of the rifle fire that killed
President Kennedy, these tapes are being purposely hidden from the
American people. Why? What are authorities trying to hide? If Timothy
McVeigh was the only suspect who drove the Ryder truck to the Federal
Building, why can't the American people see these tapes?
Hoffman, along with other journalists and concerned citizens, believes the
tapes are being withheld by the "Justice" Department because the other
suspects on the scene are undercover federal agents. The tapes would also
prove that the Federal Building was destroyed by several bombs, producing
two separate and distinct blasts, as heard by many eyewitnesses.
Hoffman is the only reporter who has filed FOIA suit against the
government, including an Open Records Act suit against the Sheriff's Bomb
Squad. Hoffman expects a judge to compel the FBI to produce these
videos.
Should he be successful, Hoffman will put the lie to the audacious
cover-up perpetrated by authorities against the people of Oklahoma.
