-Caveat Lector-

Further deepening the conspiracy in which we are all unwittingly
engaged, here are two messages of current relevance.

The first comes from an article in Friday's (5/7/99) Wall Street
Journal concerning the Serbian view of history, titled "Political
Situations Often Determine Biases in Interpretations of History".

The 1389 defeat, on a plain in Kosovo known as the Field of the
Blackbirds, inaugurated 500 years of Turkish domination. The date of
this battle -- June 28 -- so underpins the Serb sense of victimization
that not only is it a religious holiday but on that very day, in 1914,
a Serb nationalist assassinated Austrian Archduke Franz Ferdinand,
triggering World War I....

About the only thing everyone agrees on is that the Serb leader,
Prince Lazar, was killed in the battle. This fact is critical, since
Serb nationalists through the centuries have sought to associate
themselves with the myth of their valiant prince. Lazar is recalled as
a martyr who embodies Serb greatness. When Slobodan Milosevic in 1989
rescinded the autonomy of Yugoslavia's Kosovo province, he draped
himself in Lazar imagery.

After one million Serbs gathered nearby at a monastery for the first
public viewing of what were said to be Prince Lazar's bones, Mr.
Milosevic arrived by helicopter at the Field of the Blackbirds.
Addressing a throng, he reached back to 1389, declaring, "The Kosovo
heroism does not allow us to forget that at one time we were brave and
dignified and one of the few who went into battle undefeated. ... Six
centuries later, again we are in battles and quarrels."

The Kosovo performance marked a turning point in Serbian nationalism.
By identifying himself with Lazar, and thus with the central myths of
Serb history, Mr. Milosevic succeeded in prompting his fellow Serbs to
enter what scholars call "collapsed time," psychologically returning
to the Middle Ages.

"Collapsed time"? Is that anything like the effects of Gravity A/
Gravity B discussed by our own Lazar? "Field of the Blackbirds"?
Could that be a veiled reference to you-know-where? It's all
beginning to make sense now.

(Personally, I drape myself in Lazar imagery all the time. Does
that make me a war criminal?)

In the second message -- from a mailing list I am often spammed
with -- ties together the Serbian conflict with Tesla, Waco and the
recent Oklahoma tornados (but not the Columbine shootings, which
must be linked somehow)....

I had the same idea about the tornados, they didn't follow the usual
tornadic pattern. Could the gov be 'seeding' the clouds trying to
change the weather and made themselves a 'frankenstein monster'?
They were doing it again yesterday south of here (NE TX), but
higher up.

If the tornados were 'controlled' then why would they pick the Okla
City area rather than Wash DC for instance? I suppose one reason
would be Wash. is better watched with electronics so maybe this
part of the country isn't under such close surveillance. Also, why
Okla City again as the Fed Bldg there got the terrorist bomb
instead of other places. Some thought because the ones that were
ordered to Waco were from there. Could the Davidians have been
experimenting with some of Tesla's ideas and perhaps that's why
they had to destroy it, they said that place was loaded down with
computerized equipment, I read somewhere online. - Patti
