The Articles of Confederation were rendered null and void upon the
adoption of the Constitution. Terms used in the Articles, such as
"state sovereignity", that don't exist in the Constitution, are of
no legal effect. Take a look:

US Constitution, Art. VI. "This Constitution, and the Laws of the
United States which shall be made in Pursuance thereof; and all
treaties made, or which shall be made, under the Authority of the
United States, shall be the supreme Law of the Land; and the Judges
in every State shall be bound thereby, any Thing in the Constitution
or Laws of any State to the Contrary notwithstanding."

If you believe that "state sovereignty" is a Constitutional issue,
or that the Articles of Confederation deserve standing as "the supreme
Law of the Land", please cite such sections of the Constitution that
I may have missed. Thank you.
