What really bugs me is that the vote passed NOT because the Veep cast the
tie-breaker (although he will undoubtedly make much hay of that) but because
Max Cleland OF GEORGIA was so stunned by the incident in his home state that
he changed his mind at the last minute... The time coincidence is highly
suspicious, shall we say? "Once is an accident, twice is coincidence, the
third time is enemy action."
