Well, I guess I heard it all now.  It seems the government DOES follow the
Constitution when they WANT to, or at least say they do in order to shield
themselves from accountability.  Reno is a total disgrace, and the fact that
she is trying to defend her actions by saying that it was UNCONSTITUTIONAL is
the height of temerity on her part, since most of her actions in office have
been unconstitutional or at least highly stupid.
