Yes, it's an "unfortunate occurrance," and if you think the Russian
troops will leave Pristina soon, I have a nice bridge to sell you.
Or rather, an airport - the Pristina airport, which the Russians
are about to secure, so more paratroopers can be flown in.  Look
for a re-run of Berlin, eh?  Until the Russian Army runs out of
money, maybe.  Some in Moscow are calling this a "prank."  Ha ha.
