NOTICE TO ALL VIETNAM VETS AND FAMILIES: If a military member served
any place in Vietnam and contracts prostate cancer, that (all forms) prostate
cancer is now considered service-connected. If you have had prostate cancer,
you are entitled to a service-connected disability. All claims should be
filed at your nearest VA Office. Widows and wives, if your spouse died or
dies from prostate cancer, you are entitled to DIC (Dependency and Indemnity
Compensation) from the VA.
Another item referred to DoD Mail Order Pharmacy Benefits available for
retirees and dependents under age 65 is available at a cost of $8.00 for a 90
day supply for each prescription. Call 800-903-4680, Merck-Medco for further
