When the limitation of what books/ideas/perspectives and how
many exist becomes a standard for people grouped as a nation or
in some other way, based on an autocracy or dictatorial control,
would not an extension of that mandate some form of 'cleansing'
or 'simplification', leading to various kinds of xenophobia?
