The political process within the States party to the constitution of the United
States for the United States of America is apparently rife with corruption, and
downright misdirection of facts.
Within the this State, the State of Maryland, elections appear to be
ceremonial. The entrenched political machine known as a Social Democracy
controls this process through the administrative tribunals. These legislative
tribunals provide legitimacy to apparent illicit acts of restricting the
franchise within the exterior boundaries of Maryland to aliens with permanent
lawful residence.
Read the perjury oath on the “voter registration card.” Then define the
citizen of the United States in Title 5, section 552, definitions.
This State, the State of Maryland, has erected barriers to secure the monopoly
of the political process. Penetration of these Barriers is improbable due to
the failure of the people to understand the process of administrative remedy.
The people of Maryland have been induced through a corrupted process to
compulsory acceptance of an alien and foreign jurisdiction.
No political party can “reform” an entrenched corrupted system that boldly
holds what appear to be corrupted elections. This fact appears to have been
proven in the Courtroom of William J. Theime in Arundel County in January of
1995. When the plaintiff proved that over six thousand votes were fraudulent,
the Administrative officer of the Legislative tribunal pronounced that this was
not enough to overturn the “ten thousand” win vote margin.
The people of Maryland were put on notice that this State, the State of
Maryland apparently has made corruption of the electoral process “legitimate”
upon its face.
The People of Maryland have one way to assert their unalienable rights. The
First Article of the Maryland Declaration of Rights, states unequivocally that
the People of Maryland can terminate any system of governance within Maryland
as they deem expedient.
Unfortunately the system known as this State, controls the public and parochial
schools, where the foundations of the Republic are lost in the double speak of
the Social Democracy.
This State, operating within the exterior boundaries of Maryland, is fiction of
law, defined as the District of Columbia. The Administrators of this State,
are under contract to the United States. These officers of the public Trust
have apparently, willingly, knowingly, and intentionally pillaged the assets,
of Marylanders for the public profit of this State.
This State, within the exterior boundaries of Maryland, controls over 53
billion dollars of liquid and hard assets. As of June, 30th, 1998, this State
had profits for one fiscal year of over five billion dollars. Yet this State
has the third highest tax burden in America.
The people of Maryland appear to be held in abeyance by an apparent concerted
action of Federally Licensed voice, and video media. The Los Angeles Time News
Mirror Syndicate controls the major print media, which apparently propagates
the political correct view of the Social Democracy.
History has proven that all systems of despotic tyranny will consume themselves
and their arrogant supporters. The people of Maryland were amongst the first
people of America to historically fight for liberty. It was a contingent of
Marylanders fighting under the Command of General George Washington on Long
Island, that held the defensive line during the battle of Long Island which
allowed the American Army to regroup and escape defeat at the hands of the
British. Marylanders were celebrated as the “old line state.”
It was during the Second civil war in America when Maryland was brutally
occupied by the Army of the Potomac. As of April in that year, 1861, Maryland
ceased to exist as an independent and Sovereign State and fell to the
occupation enforced by a force of arms of the United States, now operating as
the Federal Corporation, United States Code, Title 28, section 3002, paragraph
15(a).
Remedy within the political process can occur here in Maryland, but only when
the people of Maryland comprehend that the People are the origin of all lawful,
and sovereign authority.
