Thanks, Robert Sterling Editor, The Konformist http://www.konformist.com http://www.konformist.com/page1.htm http://www.konformist.com/1999/bushjr.htm Vote for George W. Bush, Jr.! Kenn Thomas, Steamshovel Press ([EMAIL PROTECTED]) As things now stand, Texas governor George W. Bush may be the candidate of choice for students of the conspiracy in the next presidential election. The JFK assassination achieved new heights of spectacle when Bush became governor of Texas, where JFK was shot, and his brother Jeb became governor of Florida, home the anti-Castro Cuban mob/intellingence milieu in large part responsible for the crime. Their father, of course, has long been an object of study as an assassination player. An essay that makes this case, "The Kennedy Assasination: The Nixon-Bush Connection" by Paul Kangas, appeared in Steamshovel Press #4 in 1992, and currently resides on the web at: http://www.livelinks.com/sumeria/politics/kennedy.html A review of Kangas' cassette that turns this information into well-done reggae and rock songs propagandizing against the new Bush campaign appears on "Offline Illumination" at the Steamshovel press web site. (That page is temporarily rather long and takes a while to load. At it's top, however, is Jim Keith's latest contribution on the credibility of various conspiracy writers. This is at http://www.umsl.edu/~skthoma/offline.htm) While Kangas holds out the common sense view that it is an offense to vote anyone so closely connected to the Kennedy outrage, a good argument could be made for the reverse. The election of George W. Bush may put the Kennedy assassination back on the front burner like nothing since the Oliver Stone movie. Certainly many political elements directly involved with the assassination would contribute to Bush's effort and become more visible. One widely held view, in fact, is that George Bush Sr. deliberately walked away from a second term because he was uncomfortable with the public scrutiny. The election of his son may bring that discomfort level back up.
