This list is not a disseminator of propaganda. Anyone can go to the Archives
and quickly determine that Kris has posted huge amounts of information on
just about any topic you would want to discuss, both from the FOR and the
AGAINST position. The only thing that is not allowed on this list is
personal attacks, belittling the BELIEFS of others or attacking PEOPLE for
their beliefs (questioning the validity of religious belief and the factual
basis of historical religions is allowed and encouraged, but personal
affronts are not), blanket diatribes against any one group be they Jews,
Moslems, Aryans, African-Americans, or Orientals, i.e. ; "All Jews are
liars." or "The Orientals are stupid.". Or Holocaust Denial, and Nazi
promotion, these two items for reasons known to long time list members, but
suffice it to say that the list nearly was turned into a Nazi propaganda list
due to the action of a few Jew Haters who hogged the bandwidth with
Anti-Semitic statements, and the denial of the Holocaust. (Other things done
to stop this sort of thing was to have a per day message limit for individual
posters and for the list as a whole, this keeps rowdies from flooding the
list with useless information). Anyone can say anything they want within
these simple guidelines and will not be censored or unsubscribed in any way.

CTRL is a discussion and informational exchange list. Proselyzting propagandic
screeds are not allowed. Substance—not soapboxing! These are sordid matters
and 'conspiracy theory', with its many half-truths, misdirections and outright
frauds is used politically by different groups with major and minor effects
spread throughout the spectrum of time and thought. That being said, CTRL
gives no endorsement to the validity of posts, and always suggests to readers;
be wary of what you read. CTRL gives no credeence to Holocaust denial and
nazi's need not apply.
