In business theory, the role of mangement is not essentialy control, but
rather the combining
planning, leadership, organisation and control to lead to the desired
outcomes.
That is management control consists of setting up the structres and rewards
so that the wekers obtain the results for you.
So the leaders if they have the sense will be doing something similar. They
will have little direct control, but setting up the
structures(institutions-organisation), creating appropiate tools for
leadership(mind control, TV, political parties ) , planning institues( the
tax free foundations) and putting the necessary controls( watch how the
money flows- who's got the bucks).
So that we the plebs do their dirty work for them.

That depends on whether one considers the NWO as an outgrowth of
Rothchild/Rockefeller plots [Bilderberger], Black Guelph [Brit/
Euro Royals], Illuminati, Freemasons / Knights Templar, Roman
Senate / Catholic Church, or older groups. It also depends on
whether one thinks that the chaotically complex mix of politico/
econono/religio/cultural forces/entities now extant is actually
amenable to 'control'.
