I did, apparently miss the point. It does then cause one to marvel yet again
at the ineptitude of our lauded "intelligence" community for giving up the
technology. It could be that SINCE they have it and we KNOW it and we KNOW
they can access the backdoor themselves, that we have no choice but to allow
them to proceed because our original hold over them (the PROMIS backdoor) is
no longer effective?
