The Federal Emergency Management Administration is an Executive Department
funded by the Legislative Branch of the United States.

This Agency answers to the Chief Magistrate, who solicits funds on an annual
basis to support the programs that are beneficial to the interests of the
office, and its associated allies.

The Executive Branch of the United States must cooperate with the Legislative
branch in order to secure continual funding for not only FEMA, but the plethora
of Executive ABC Agencies that have mushroomed since March 3, 1789.

The Legislative Branch has full control over the fiscal needs of all branches
of the United States Governmental Structure.  An Executive “Dictatorship” can
not exist on the Shores of the Potomac without the intentional, willing, and
knowing compliance of the House of Representatives, and the Senate.

The popular propagation of this “One World Government” is a euphemism for the
International Domination of the United States.  The United States has funded
two “Hot” world wars during this century, and one “Cold” world war, which is
now warming up.

These world wide conflagrations have been funded entirely by the Congress of
the United States’ privately chartered monetized debt center.

The United States, successfully conquered the States party to the Constitution
of the United States for the United States of America with the collapse of the
Confederacy in April of 1865.

The United States is the most successful despotic tyranny in written history.

This “Social Democracy” has indentured the World’s population, and denuded the
ability of most Americans to fully comprehend the nature and identity of  the
“enemy.”

The United States’s fiscal agent collapsed under the weight of it’s own
mismanagement in the  early winter of 1933.

The Executive Branch, and the Legislative Branch established the Bank
Conservation Act on March 9, 1933, which hypothecated the assets of the United
States to support it’s fiscal agent.

The Federal Emergency Management Agency is simply one of many tools employed
under Contract by the Chief Magistrate to insure the fiscal obligations of the
United States on behalf of its fiscal agent.

History has shown that a system based on the propagation of misstatements,
mastracht, and downright lies will crumble from within.

The coming chaos will be catastrophic for the tens of millions of Americans who
appear to willingly, intentionally, and knowingly live within this Fiction
known and operating as the United States.
