-Caveat Lector- It is amazing that he would claim anything of the sort that he has diminished the proliferation of nuclear weapons and made the world safer. As for nonproliferation he has failed there since it is now a "fact" that N. Korea and Pakistan have nuclear weapons. As for greater security of nuclear materials that is a joke, consider Los Alamos and the Chinese issue.
