7.29.99 Recipients-- Lest anyone think the public (ever) got or gets the truth about a great number of critically important events, here's news of a report by an independent investigator allowed access to material evidence gathered by Texas Rangers in regard to the slaughter of innocent people by government goons at Waco. This report directly contradicts government claims that NO INCENDIARY DEVICES were fired into the Dravidian compound in the final rounds of the merciless, brutal and homicidal assault perpetrated by the federal government at Waco, under direct instigation of, among others, the Demander-in-Chief and his manly, imposing attorney general Janet (the hulk) Reno. It's important to keep in mind also, now that the governmental conspiracy and coverup of the Waco massacre IS starting to crack, that JFK Jr. was all set to INTERVIEW Janet Reno with a list of some very hard-hitting questions about the role of Clinton and assorted hard-core Clintonista field lieutenants like Reno in exactly such monumental abuses of governmental power as WACO. Kennedy had to submit a formal request through Justice Department channels and thus was required to tip his hand a bit about the questions to be asked of Reno. Perhaps the looming specter of a major expose of Waco in Kennedy's George magazine AND the combined pressure of this obviously expected impending independent report on Waco added to the list of factors which tipped the scales too far against Kennedy... By the way, in light of the FBI's penchant for lying through their teeth about their own involvement and that of their spook buddies in countless cases of murder, assassination and the like, it must be considered that the "leaked" FBI report in JFK Jr.'s death may in fact be an attempt by the FBI to hide their OWN involvement and that of buddy agencies like the CIA in Kennedy's obvious murder. The implications of foreign involvement in the report may be nothing more than a red herring, positioned to detour investigators from the scent of truth, should the INITIAL coverup and disinformation campaign/scenario ever fall apart, as it in fact is doing. Why do we say this; that the primary layer of coverup is disintegrating? Because, now that mechanical problems with the craft have been basically ruled out, and pilot error is literally impossible in light of Kennedy's 9:39 PM radio contact with Vineyard flight controllers made MOMENTS BEFORE his plane hurtled toward the sea, the ONLY LOGICAL CONCLUSION is that the plane was intentionally destroyed with an explosive device. THIS IS THE ONLY LOGICAL CONCLUSION. John Quinn/NewsHawk =================================== EVIDENCE MAY CONTRADICT FBI ON BRANCH DRAVIDIAN FIRE http://www.cnn.com/US/9907/28/davidian.siege.ap/index.html July 28, 1999 Web posted at: 10:40 AM EDT (1440 GMT) DALLAS (AP) -- Evidence stored by the Texas Rangers may contradict the U.S. government's claim that no pyrotechnic devices were fired into the Branch Davidian compound the day it burned, The Dallas Morning News reported Wednesday. Branch Davidian leader David Koresh and about 80 followers died in the 1993 inferno at the compound 10 miles east of Waco, Texas. Authorities have denied using any incendiary devices during the assault that ended when the compound was consumed by fire. Investigators concluded that sect members set the fire. A probe by the Texas Rangers became the backbone of a 1994 criminal trial in which eight Branch Davidians were convicted of charges ranging from manslaughter to weapons violations. More than 12 tons of evidence were gathered and much of it is stored in Waco. A researcher for a 1997 documentary critical of the government's conduct was allowed access to the evidence last spring, the Morning News reported. The researcher, Michael McNulty, who is preparing a new documentary on the standoff, said he found that at least six items listed in Texas Ranger inventories as silencers or suppressors were actually "flash-bang" devices, commonly used by law enforcement to stun suspects. McNulty said the devices sometimes ignite fires in enclosed spaces because they emit a loud bang and flash driven by a small pyrotechnic charge. Texas Rangers' evidence logs indicate the devices were found in areas of the Davidian compound in which the fires broke out, McNulty said. "It's our belief that these pieces of ordnance could and probably did have an impact on the fire on April 19th," he told the Morning News. Justice Department spokesman Myron Marlin called the conclusion "nonsense." "We know of no evidence to support that any incendiary device was fired into the compound on April 19, 1993," Marlin said. The Davidians and authorities became locked in a 51-day standoff after agents of the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms were fired upon when they tried to arrest Koresh on February 28, 1993. The compound erupted in flames April 19 when federal agents punched through the walls and fired tear gas inside. Congressional hearings have pointed to mistakes by the law enforcement officers, but none has been charged with a crime. A lawsuit filed by surviving Davidians and the relatives of the dead challenges the conclusion that the Davidians started the fire and also shot first during the raid.
