-Caveat Lector-

Found a very interesting book at U of O, library. Phi Beta Kappa Men at Yale
1780-1959, it confirms the orgins of Skull and Bones as a by-product of Phi
Beta Kappa, dropping it's secrecy and also shows one of the man Bones family
in early. Lynde Lord. It was brought to New Haven by Elisha Parmele, He had
charters for both Yale and Harvard. He was a Yale man. Other early members
were Ezra Stles, Sam Newell and Reuben Parmele. Yale's started 11/1780 and
Harvard's in 1781.

I'll scan in the next few days. Also found many other interesting books.
