It is interesting that people don't focus on this area very much, especially
in light of the FACT that AFOSI (the Air Force Office of Special
Investigations) officers actually did use technological means to drive a
person crazy.  I can't remember the mans name at the moment but they did beam
"messages" to him while he was monitoring AF bases in the Southwest US.
Admittedly he may have been unstable and they only added to it, but this is a
clear example of such technology being used in the real world.
Is it any wonder we are paranoid of the MIC?  Consider also the incident in
England outside a base there, where women protesters were sickened, the
cause?  A transmission from the base of some kind which ceased after
inquiries.
