As far as I understand it, the situation is like this:
Space folk and UFO's are and have been around for quite some time. Probably
forever.
I saw one from far off with a group of others when I was around 12; no one
doubted at the time that the bright colored light that had moved at varying
speeds, hovered, and changed directions; which subsequently shot up into the
sky at a rate that would have exceeded a conventional spacecraft launch was
of extraterrestrial origin.. though I have definite doubts now.
A dear and trusted friend's deceased father piloted the plane that picked up
the "crashed disc" (UFO; alien ship) which became notorious as the Roswell
Incident. I have every reason to believe her. (though you have only your
own judgement to rely on as to Roswell and my opinion on this.)
The "secret government" has been in possession of "alien technology" for at
least the amount of time since 1947.
In addition to alien technology, the secret government has been in
possession of the officially suppressed work of Nikolas Tesla, which laid
the groundwork for the black ops technology at Montauk, the Philadelphia
experiment, Project Magnet (USN), and others- and said to be applicable to
anti-gravity effects.
Thus, the secret government has two sources of technology, and has been
engaged in reverse-engineering the "alien" technology and "perfecting" the
synergistic coalescence of the two- for half a century- with unlimited
funds.
The aliens seem to be observers only to the best of my understanding.
Cattle mutilations, "UFO" abductions, and other phenomenon are engineered by
black ops crew of secret government for a variety of reasons.
"The aliens" make a convenient scapegoat; a good case can be made for the
benefit of building up such a scapegoat into "the enemy in the sky" so that
terrestrial "powers that be" can have a nice "Star Wars" economy for the
next hundred or two years.
Because of the treatment of the question of the very existence of aliens
with intense disinformation, the whole topic is one that is right up there
with "terrorists," "drug dealers," "pedophiles," "NRA gun-nuts," same as it
used to be "communists" ... now "UFO-nuts" ... all "charged-up" labels to
be pasted onto whatever person or idea that these tools can be used
against... and disinformation by it's very nature is used against the
populace as a whole... to hide the existance of the secret government and
it's works.
David Icke comes under some suspicion as a possible CIA-linked
disinformantion asset by way of this general chain of reasoning. Somewhere I
have some more specifics re: David Icke; I will find and forward when time
permits.

I am reading The Biggest Secret right now, and can't put it down. I had come
to the same conclusions myself, but of course didn't have the research
abilities David demonstrates. From what I learned in 15 years of being up to
my neck in UFO research, running an abductee support group, and after 50+
years of personal experiences with these "critters", I find Icke to be more
on point that anyone else I've read. I pray for his safety.
