That's the problem right there. We're discussing a SECRET WAR. It is
undeclared and unnoticed. If you want a real declaration of war against
Columbia and all the rest of South and Central America, I suggest you write
or call your
Congressman. Get war declared. Then President Clinton can honor the dead in
