Somewhere Christopher Hitchens says that the problem with creation science is
that while it asks valid questions (and it does pay to be as skeptical of
evolution as of any other dogma), it provides the answers as predetermined
proven fact. On Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, I believe in evolution; on
Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday, I believe in special creation; and on Sunday I
have an orgy of solipsism... After all, you *can't* prove that I didn't dream
up the whole shebang ten minutes ago, now can you? Can you?
