The following was sent to me by Will Filer <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> on July
27, 1999. It offers a new
explanation for government mind control.
Thank you for sending me this post. I responded to it when it first
came out. "Will Filer" is
a pseudonym for Dick Farley and
several other contributors to disinformation in the UFO, alien
presence, and
mindcontrol domains. He was associated with the Brother Blue Lodge
web site
that was loaded with the most blatant propaganda I have seen,
including the Cathy O'Brian
'sex robot' disinformation farce.
Cloudrider is Brother Farley's Net handle. He has no
background in the
hard sciences, and has been jealously harassing me and other scientists since
we have been posting in the MC domain.
The trick to the type of propaganda in the NSA-info post is to mix a few
facts, a few easy to
believe items, and then to insert fear-evoking
infeasible sci-fi type propositions. Most lay persons have an extremely
difficult time discriminating the facts from the disinformation.
Much of this type of activity is designed to put pressure on the government
to not classify
defense-related projects. I am for openness WORLDWIDE,
but until that can be brought about
it is in your and my interests as US
citizens not to have any high-tech device technology fall into
rogue and
terrorist hands. Simultaneously, we must be hypervigilant toward an use of
devices
on our fellow US citizens. Part of hypervigilance is to be
able to discriminate what are symptoms of brain system dysregulation that occur
from stress, sleep loss, mid-life crises, drug
abuse, etc. from what are
symptoms of non-lethal weapons device use on humans. I am working

hour days seven days/week on that effort with regular harassment and attacks
from persons
that don't appear to be able to understand the importance of
that type of information or have other agendas, some of which are unethical at
best, and perhaps even criminal.
I have discovered that some persons operating Net groups in the mindcontrol
domain are
encouraging persons that they know are suffering from mental
illness to protest to the government
as persons being subjected to
non-lethal weapons device. Further, some of these Net operators
actively
dissuade these persons from seeking medical treatment that could likely reduce
their
suffering and chronic brain damage. I see that behavior as
highly unethical.

is a former consultant to the U.S.
National Security Agency
and asked me to post this information
immediately. He also
believes he is in immediate danger because of
this information. >
This type of disinformation is posted to MC-L about every 6 months. The
previous one of
this type that was similar was posted last New Years Eve .
Actually, no consultant
to the NSA would have system level information of
this simulated type in the first place, David.
Thomas and Rense hype this
stuff regularly in a more subtle manner than a Limbaugh or a Liddy
might do,
for example. Hi tech disinformation draws on well written science fiction
and often
makes allusion to that genre. With the proliferation of
Hollywood special effects ladened movies and futuristic TV sci-fi dramas
about robots, cyborg, brain implants, even normally
thoughtful persons are
subject to disinformation operations. Also, there is a general tendency
of scientific illiteracy in the US population that adds to the
susceptibility.
If there are any particular techniques mentioned in the Will Filer document
that seem likely to be in functional operation to you or others you know, I
would be more that pleased to present my view. There is so much disinformation
on the Net now that I am getting much practice. It is
not hard for
paid professional and retired political operatives to overwhelm the Net groups
with disinformation and propaganda.
For an interesting example, suppose that you were to post that YOU, DCW are
the
reembodied Second Coming of the Christ ready to emerge as a millennium
Global Savior.
Challenge me to prove you are not. Would not that be an
endless task!! You could say that
you had implants from all of the Adepts
and Masters of the Ages. You could speak of the
enlightenment
epiphanies of your youth and of you contacts with Masters from other lands.
You could claim a secret Remote Viewing implant that allows for multiplex
global envisioning.
Since you have some visionary skills already, a few wise
acts of knowledge would reinforce
that power. On and on. Pat Robertson
uses those techniques. 'How shall we know the true
Messiah when He
returns', is a frequently asked question without very good answers. It is
similar for high tech intervention belief systems as well.
That the government has done some clearly unethical and out-on-control
projects in the past makes the possibility of current operations more
believable. What a climate for propagandists! It would probably be
more lucrative for me to leave the brain sciences and hire on as a propagandist
for some operation, if I had no ethics or strong feelings about the
destructiveness of what I see happening.
These trends and the power of the Net for contagioning delusional
thinking via suggestion and
group pressure techniques, etc. suggests that
*fear of mindcontrol* , much as the fear of an all
seeing, jealous and
punishing Old Testament Yahweh, is the likely control mechanism to be
concerned about. Cost/benefit ratio analysis certainly would point in
that direction. If the
civilians that CLAIM MC victimization were
actually being targeted, the costs would be in the
billions of
dollars. Not very likely. That kind of testing, if done at all on, is done
on military
volunteers or on enemies in foreign warfare. I am not in favor
of THAT either.
There are so many wonderful and beneficial research projects to be done in my
area of expertise in the brain sciences. I have what I consider a superb
brain treatment and restabilazition
technique research project under
development currently. I would sure like to have some peace
oriented
research and development money come my way.......
