Through the PR firm Rogers and Cowan, Steven Seagal's publicist told a CNN Producer late Wednesday that Steven Seagal does not know Terry Reed, has no business dealings with Terry Reed and is not developing any film with Terry Reed. That is Seagal's official position at the moment. This is completely opposite from the piece on the web. I have reason to believe that people have put pressure on Seagal but that is ONLY speculation on my part and someone was quite sharp in noting the relationship between Seagal and Booth Nichols. These waters are deep. If I have information to the contrary about a deal, which I might, I would not release it until I was certain of its impact upon Reed and family. He is still not returning calls to anyone that I know. There was undue hype behind the first story on Seagal and that is all I will say at the moment.
