Seems to me "progressives" (Left Hegelians) would be advised to keep quiet
else more citizens will learn the truth and pressure Congress and State
Legislatures to cut funding. . Under the Gramsci Marxist flag and PC nonsense
they already have a grip on most Universities,. the Right Hegelians have a
grip on the others.
In my experience ( Gottingen,London,UCLA, Cal State Los Angeles, Stanford)
either left or right Hegelians run the show. I had problems 30-40 years ago.
Today I would not apply for ANYTHING, entry, tenure, research money.
Independent minded scholars are automatically pushed out the door. Just say
"no" and ignore the system.
Since I was thrown out of Hoover Institution Stanford 30 years ago for
writing a book that was independent and truthful (BEST ENEMY MONEY CANBUY) I
find the only route is to use the enterprise system (or whats left of it) to
finance personal academic work... You have to be full of energy and stubborn
but it can be done.
To show you how hypocritical these Hegelians are. Hoover Press has kept the
first 3 volumes of my WEST TECH in print for 32 years.(without paying a
penny in royalties)... while I was thrown out of Hoover for writing the 4th
volume.sequel. Both left and right Hegelians were in agreement. I was a
problem to be silenced.
The Left doesnt like me becuase I exposed their darling the Soviet Union(the
failure of socialist "planning"} and the Right because I threatened the
profits of corporations propping up the Soviet Union. ( (To havea big
military budget you have to have an enemy)
Today I doubt anyone, even someone with the obvious talents of Das Goat could
make it through the maze without an ability to act schizoid for long
periods.. But you dont need the. system. Want a fancy piece of paper. ?
to demonstrate "qualifications". There are ways ot get these tickets to
mediocrity without too much sweat. There are flaws in the system.
Any ways who would want to live in a system with PC running the show. ?/ A
mind numbing gulag....we all have to think alike and be alike..that make it
easier to control. The progressives have become fascists and the corporate
fascists have become socialists. This will be their downfall in time.t
