they have screwed up badly...John Von Neuman invented the
computer logic we have today trying to predict the weather
and it is so huge and arbitrary and unknown that to
introduce forces into is to invite chaos...the more they try
the worse it will get.....SDI never died it just became
further classified. Couple that with other inroads made in
weather control and we can see destructive forces being
unleashed that make the entire worlds nuclear arsenal look
like a string of firecrackers.
