McVeigh was alleged to have used
ammonium nitrate explosive mixture and ANFO ( fuel oil+ ammonium nitrate)
If you accept General Partins excellent work someone used either C4 plastic
explosive or . amatol(very sensitive) or similar on the steel girders.
ANFO/black powder isnt effective in shearing 12"/18" steel girders
This is a list of substances designated explosive by the feds. I dont think
it means that that ATF has all these in stock but they probably have small
quantities for training purposes. Would be interesting to see ATF stocks of
explosives, they must have an Annual Report.
