I would guess the poster of the message had exceeded the 7-per-day limit
this list imposes on everyone. Or the original poster sent it in
utilizing an email address that isn't subscribed to the list.
Obviously the speech was NOT 'controlled', as the post eventually got
thru...
As for the concept of 'freedom of speech', the 2nd amendment only applies
to GOVERNMENT controlling speech, not private entities controlling it....
