Iy you take the right tack, and not slip into their game. Common LAW and the constitution will prevail. One must declare Quo Warranto to arresting agents and b to the judge before arraingment. If the judge doesn't pay attention and respond, he is opening himself up to a personal suit without the shield of his bench. Act as your own lawyer, understand that you have a great amount of unalienable rights and if you start the process of quo warranto, they have to repond. If is all corrupt, then . . . pay money. But most places it will work because, the actions are under colour of law. It works, I have done it and walked.
