-Caveat Lector-
In many lotteries there can be multiple winners who share in and split up
the pot if they all have winning numbers. In this case it would seem that
the only variable changed by adding more tickets sold would be how much you
would collect if you have the winning numbers. The number of participants
shouldn't alter your chances of getting the winning set of numbers. Please
correct me if I am wrong. This example sounds more lile a drawing than a
lottery, unless the lottery winning only goes to the first winner identified.
