LONGSHOT PRESIDENTIAL HOPEFUL WANTS UFO DISCLOSURE
Dr. Heather Ann Harder, 49, of Crown Point, Indiana, has declared
herself a
candidate for president of the United States. She's bright, energetic,
articulate, and fed up with government bureaucracy and inefficiency.
She's
also the only candidate, so far, to declare in her platform that UFOs
and ET
visitation are real and should be admitted by the government. Very
likely,
she has no chance of winning the election, but she's interesting and
refreshing nonetheless.
Her website (http://www.harder2000.com/) states:
"UFOs exist and have always existed.... No amount of Government
denial will change my beliefs.
"As the Federal Government continues to deny the existence of
other
worldly life forms, the American people only lose trust in the Federal
government. The truth is, the knowledge that we are not alone is buried
deep
within our cellular memory. We already know the truth.... Daily
hundreds, and
perhaps thousands, of contacts are being made which prepare us to meet
our
cosmic neighbors. How many more need to occur before we acknowledge
them as
real?"
Harder says some ETs are benevolent and others are not. She
believes
the benevolent ones are "busy trying to save humanity from destroying
itself." But if a contact seems malevolent or unpleasant, she says,
"send
them away. Your thoughts can do the job. Demand they leave you alone.
Moving
into fear only gives them power over you. Call on God, Jesus or other
Divinity to help you, these names have power in all worlds."
Harder holds a Ph.D. in education and is a former university
professor
as well as an entrepreneur and businesswoman, author and mother of two
daughters. She is running as a "Jeffersonian Democrat" and seeking the
nomination of the Democratic party. She's in for the long haul, she
says. "If
I don't win... you'll see me again" in the year 2004.
Among her other political positions, Harder says:
* The nation should decriminalize, not legalize drugs.
* Preserving the environment should be a federal priority.
* The income tax should be abolished and replaced with a sales
tax on
non-necessity items.
* Abortion should not be a federal issue.
* Congress should be allowed only one law per bill, written in
standard English.
