I live 50 miles from France, in French speaking Belgium and know first hand what kind of politics and regime is there now, and what they're heading for: IMO, not far from an in between communist/fascist state which of course is one and the same for the daily lives of its citizenry, (Tony Blair is doing the same, mind you! just ways and means are different) I'd say since the US has been kicked out by The General and since then France is NOT part of NATO, it implies a lot of duplicate research done in the US since WWII.(i.e. the CERN in Geneva has built the first particules accelerator with a majority of French scientists and fundings) And considering the French influence in the making of the EU it is absolutely certain that the CIA has many spearheads in that country and is VERY active indeed. And surely through NGO (see Kosovo) Cui bono, indeed: who is really profiting from the debunking of these projects?
