More dialogue on whether in fact the feds are using EMP weapons over Pine
Ridge.
If so, their use of anti-population secret EMP weapons is a new escalation in
the history of genocide against First Nations by the US government.
Fortunately,
radar technology and the Internet allow the whole community to witness it.
There are caveats - we don't know totally what this is, but it is close enough
to warrant monitoring and a moral sense of preparedness. It will be
interesting to
see the on-ground reaction from onsite to this EMP information. Please post
it if you have any so we can continue this community observation. Peace,

What dogs us few that continue to archive these anomalies is that we so
often
see weirdness on the radar whenever strange things happen: weird weather,
  plane disappearences or events-sociopathic.

When these spokes appeared over Pine Ridge the general reaction amongst the
radar-freak crew was, well golly, here we go again, seldom fails.

These radar anomalies are not all the same; we see solid rings, spoked
rings,
rows of straight lines, little puff-ducks that wing behind weather fronts,
and most bizarre, what appear to be figures, holograms. Ground clutter
theory just doesn't always seem to wash.

True, at the center of many of the ring-type is a NEXRAD installation, but
what influences bump the phenomena into the visible? Could interference,
maybe additive, be the clue? Bounce a signal off the ionosphere and flood a
wave into pre-existing transmissions to kick up the energy-pond?

Pine Ridge is a unique deal in that we have an known ongoing incident, the
standoff, at the same time as the anomaly. Lot of feelers out right now,
something might come back for us to take a good look.

  Thanks for the tech-suggestions

Use of a field strength meter to look for RF fields. In very strong fields,
a simple germanium diode connected to a microammeter and a short antenna
will reveal the presence of RF.

Wideband near-field RF detectors, like those sold by Optoelectronics Inc.
for about $100, can help to detect weaker RF fields.

  EMP is a short-lived, transient RF and/or electrostatic/electromagnetic
phenomenon. It usually corrupts unprotected microprocessors, and in extreme
cases will blow semiconductor junctions in electronic equipment (including
radar sets!). Such colateral damage being present may indicate
electronically-induced EMP. Nuclear-induced EMP will be obvious.

Years ago on discussion lists I suggested how simple monitoring of the HAARP
site might be accomplished with low-cost shortwave radio sets (2.3 to 10
MHz) operated by people within several hundred miles of the Gakona, Alaska
site. Readings correlated to unusual weather or other observed phenomea
would be much more reliable than the simple statement, "It must be HAARP".
Still it is apparently more popular to use the latter method...
