The Office of National Drug Control Policy and the Counterdrug Technology
Assessment Center (C.T.A.C. of Washington, D.C.) has intrusively arranged to
provide at least 37 statewide and local global police-state agencies in
America with G.P.S. Beast-Tracking equipment to supposedly TRACK and MONITOR
suspects of crime (anybody who doesn't follow world mandates). The Minnesota
State patrol has recently tested the tracking technology, much to their
satisfaction. The various law enforcement agencies covertly sneak up and
secretly place the beast tracking units on any vehicle they want, but for
now they reportedly are using the tracking technology on "drug suspects."
After the secret spying technology is placed on a potential suspects
automobile, the law enforcement officers will fly around in surveillance
aircraft where the supposed suspects automobile tracking units will send
tracking signals to the aircraft's onboard computer system. The tracking
system is further uplinked to G.P.S. tracking satellites for global tracking
abilities. The software capabilites of the tracking entities allows
continuous tracking of multiple automobiles, or any vehicle, on a moving map
display or "so that airborne officers can keep track of all players."
Reportedly the Minnesota State patrol's helicopter surveillance units have
reduced the needed amount of manpower time needed to spy on people using the
Beast-Tracking technology. Reportedly a pilot of the Minnesota State Patrol
recently stated "observing and tracking a vehicle from the air can be a
difficult task. You must constantly watch the target vehicle so as not to
lose it, you must be knowledgeable of the roadways you are over, and you
must stay far enough away from the suspect to not be noticed."

The problem is all anybody has to say is you are on drugs, you are involved
in a drug-related group in some way, are you are a pusher. Whether this is
accurate or not, this is all it takes to make you a "drug suspect." Verbal
confirmation alone is enough to have a person sentenced to life in a harsh
Federal prison under the newer Federal Drug Sentencing Guidelines of the
1990's. People have actually been given 50+ years in a Federal prison
because some other convicted and sentenced member of a drug group testified
that a person was involved in some way or another in a drug group, without
any other further proof or evidence whatsoever. No I don't think this is a
good idea. I can't see where the United States Constitution gives law
enforcement authorities the ability to Beast Track and Monitor anybody they
desire. In fact it doesn't. This is "undue process," but they will legally
reclassify this as normal police surveillance. Besides as we've been told
during the duration of the Clinton Regime, "The United States Constitution
is old-fashioned and out-dated." This is what the peoples of the United
States and the rest of the world can expect without the legal stipulations
and the forceful implementations that allow them to have freedoms and
liberties. As usual, if they give a dictatorship the abilities to spy on
you, they will. That's they way it's historically always been and there's no
indication whatsoever that will ever change with the present state of
humanity. The peoples who founded America weren't stupid. They knew how to
implement the most successful and prosperous form of government this world
has ever known because of the proven atrocities they had experienced and the
history of the world's atrocities in general. The knew exactly what they
were doing. This present generation isn't going to respect their freedoms
and liberties until they lose them and then it's going to be too late!
