The speculative exploration and thinking about a pole shift on that date has been very good. But now there are circles of people beginning to spin out in hysteria from fear of a pole shift caused by the planetary alignments of 5/5/2000. Help me therefore to pour healing oils upon these turbulent waters. If what follows makes sense to you, please share it in any way which pleases you. Pass this message as widely and as far as you can. UPFRONT BOTTOM LINE: There will be no pole shift related to the conjunctions of 5/5/2000. In the long run, I am the ultimate earth change bear. I am not pooh-poohing the pole shift nor the millennial prophecies. I have many open eyes. I have scientifically demonstrated, with more exact and more accurate science than the mythologists of ice ages and the business-as-usual preachers in the church of geology, that the pole shift prediction has odds of at least 85% and I am going to bet with "the house" on this one. But it is not May 2000. In the short run of the next several months, I am optimistic. In the third book of the Return of the Phoenix I spent some 600 pages assaying the collective intelligence and record of humanity to determine the nature, memory, and details related to pole shifts. Actually these pole shifts are avalanches of the crust and it is reasonably clear that they are "recurring phenomenon" which occur in similar ways in accordance with a "regular mechanism." All of this is outlined in the last half of my book. To summarize, I am absolutely certain that the avalanche mechanism will provide advance warnings of 30-90 days of RECORD-BREAKING volcanism and waves of earthquakes which will frighten the hell out of practically everybody because so much with great intensity will begin to appear "out of nowhere." This one-liner is the bottom-liner of about 300 pages of the Prophecies book. It is not made lightly, it is made after five years of assiduous research. We are not in such a period and there is not the slightest hint of such omens appearing in the next few weeks. We are not moving into such a period. Things are quiet and there is a good reason for that. This correlates exactly with the celestial forces which are in motion currently which I will outline below. In Chapter 47 of Book Three I lay out the main factors related to "Timing and the Breath of Brahma" which cause an avalanche of the crust. For awhile it was up for review but I removed the Chapter from the web as I began to sell the Trilogy. Removing it may have been a mistake and so for the next three weeks it will be on the Internet to help those who need some re-assuring. Please have all of the people who are whipping up May 5, 2000 hysteria read this open letter and then read the chapter. Make sure Mitch Battros of Earth Changes TV and hundreds of channelers and others are buried in references to this chapter. The man insists on ignoring me and I absolutely will not be ignored. Please bury him in common sense before he jumps off a bridge. Before outlining the simple basics, let us clear out the garbage. There is no mysterious "photon" belt. There is no unknown planet nor star which is suddenly going to appear out of nowhere and swing by the earth. There is no hierarchy of gods which controls the phenomenon which is doing this for our own good. There is no obscure cosmic cycle which can be defined by counting dates on calendars deduced from obscure Hebrew mystics or Mayan shamans. There is no quatrain of Nostradamus which points to a pole shift in connection with any visible omen. There is no obscure power in the planets and their signs which can induce this pole shift. This is not being influenced by what humans think or don't think. All such thinking along these lines is looking down and playing with sticks in wet gooey cowpies. There is nothing nowhere which demonstrates even a hint of suspicion for the usefulness of any of these ideas. I know running into brick walls are tuff and for some of you the absolutes I am defining here is one of the hard brick walls which you detest. You will have to learn to put hard rubber on your thinking processes so that you can crawl up over this brick wall. Here is the rubber and you will be glad you put it on. We start with the simple proposition that eventually the mass on the earth's outer crust becomes progressively more and more uneven, eventually forcing the crust to tilt and thus changing the location of the pole. Driving this action are the variations in the orbital motions of the sun and the moon, whose constantly changing gravity influences on the earth cause the location of the pole to slowly creep and change year by year, causing all volcanic, earthquake, and El Nino phenomenon in recurring but somewhat sloppy cycles. These orbital variations in the Moon and the Sun also provide some of the energy which forces the whole crust of the Earth to suddenly avalanche. The imbalance in the mass on the crust of the earth will, alone, eventually force the avalanche but long before it does, the hugely variable forces of the solar wind will add "the last straw which breaks the camel's back." The solar wind is ceaselessly emitted by the Sun, sometimes smoothly and at low levels, sometimes with extreme attitude in successions of vast storms which speed out. These storms buffet the earth most strongly at the peak of the 11 year sunspot cycle and the forces are awesomely greater than suspected even 30 years ago. These forces have now been proven to have up to 40 times the influence of the moon's gravity at certain times. More amazingly, solar storms can come in shaped virtually like laser beams and impact just one continent, momentarily slowing its rotation rate vis-a-vis the rest of the earth, leaving the rest of the planet virtually untouched. Physicists will immediately understand the profound implications this has for all of the tectonic earth sciences. It is too much to try to explain here, suffice it to say that this solar "feather," or should I say "straw," can cause the "top" of the earth to fall into a sharp "wobble" in the same manner as touching any child's top. Or, more exactly, since there is no fixed point on which the earth is spinning to restrain its orientation, the feather will cause the whole "top" to fall over vis-a-vis the Sun. In fact that occurs because of the large number of sudden climate shifts and polar ice cap locations which tens of thousands of earth scientists have documented during the past 200 years, not to mention the testimony of most of the ancients about the oldest memories of their peoples and tribes who barely survived the last one at 10,500 BC. More than likely, it is just the top crust of the earth which avalanches over the liquid interior mantle. Most likely, the vast interior of the earth changes not a whit. The proof of this is easy to see in the great ocean rifts, the structure of the tectonic plates, the way they over-ride each other, the way they are crinkling up and puckering down. The volcanism this creates, and most especially the vast network of cracks and faults which are riven throughout all of the rocks everywhere, virtually proves this. The only way this relative motion between the parts of the earth can occur is for the entire crust of the earth also to be in motion over a relatively uniform, unchanging core. Virtually every feature and behavior of the earth supports this notion. It is very very simple and there are no leaps of physics involved. There is plenty of energy in the centrifugal motion of the earth, its rotation and its orbital motion, and in the gravity vectors of the Earth's interior, the Sun, and Moon to drive the phenomenon. Except for the action of the water, all geologic change is the constantly changing location of the pole (wobbling of the crust). Mostly it moves very slowly. Once in a while, it moves very quickly a long ways. It is that simple. The key is Brahma's breath. Intense solar storm/wind activity acts on an earth which has far too much ice on the poles, causing it to topple. Brown and Hapgood suggested the ice and Richard Noone propagandized the idea. He tried to correlate the concept with a cosmic cycle and millennial prophecy and he found that there was an impressive alignment of planets on May 5, 2000. Voila! But that does not quite do it. They were not quite hip to the way Brahma's Breath works. One would expect that the avalanche would occur at the peak of the 11 year sunspot cycle. Since 2000 and 2001 are both approximately equal risk years at the peak of the projected cycle, we in fact have an interesting correlation between prophecy and physics. But the 5/5/2000 alignment is irrelevant. In fact, it will safeguard the Earth from some of the peak sunspot activity. Here is why. All of the planets are moving counter-clockwise and only the orbits of the inner planets to Mars are in correct scale. The outer planets from Jupiter outwards, are way off, shown here compacted by roughly ten times. See Chapter 47 in Book Three for citations for how this and the next few charts were drawn up from John Walker's "Home Planet" software which can be found on the Iway in Switzerland. You can see how the alignment of 5/5/2000 will form up. Mars and Jupiter are already in alignment with Jupiter and Saturn on the side of the Sun nearly directly opposite (180 degrees) the Earth. Venus and Mercury, which are moving move more rapidly of course than all of the other planets, are fast moving into the alignment. The Earth is poking along and is being left out in the cold all by its lonely. And that is exactly what the solar weather for earth through the Spring and early Summer will be. Cool and lonely. There will be unusually calm solar winds in the region that the Earth is moving through. Earth's own weather will be mild and boringly "average." Most of the stormy sunspot action will be drawn out of the sun and away from the earth by the electromagnetic pull of the other planets. Storm after storm will hurtle outwards in the direction of the alignment and we will be oblivious to most of it. Earmark this, this is a specific prediction of the new science of vortex tectonics. Figure 2 - Summer 2000 planets summery2000.gif The fast moving Mercury will produce a good alignment with the Sun during June/July, as can be seen in Figure 2. As Mercury, this "messenger of the gods" moves closer and closer to the Earth, it's electromagnetic powers will pull more and more stormy weather with it and conduct it straight away to the earth. Since this will be during the high tide in the sunspot cycle, a lonely, placid Spring will be supplanted by a stormy June and July. Huge solar storms could crash upon the earth with less than 24 hours notice. Thunderstorms and tornadoes should be at all-time peaks during July. Earmark this prediction, this is another specific forecast made by vortex tectonics. In September, let's see how good the correlation is. Figure 3 - February 1, 2001 planetsm2d01y2001.gif >From the point of view of vortex tectonics, the most dynamic moment during the year is perihelion (January 6, the moment when the earth is closest to the Sun). This is when the earth's orientation is the least stable and the most impacted by the Sun/Moon gravity vectors. Shortly after perihelion in the year 2001, Figure 3 shows the commencement of an interesting spiral which begins to form up, starting from Mercury and flowing through Mars. If you think in terms of electromagnetic circuits rather than the angles and dangles of astrologers, you will immediately grasp the situation. Late winter 2001 should begin to conduct a never-ending parade of solar storm activity right down this circuit through the Earth-Moon system. This situation will wax and wane throughout the first half of 2001 as the fast moving Mercury creates the spiral, then moves past it and then back into it again. Definitely a very unpredictable pattern of weather for the earth, really all the way through summer of 2001. Wham, bam, slam, more than once. If 2001 retains a pattern of high sunspot activity, for which the odds are pretty high, there will be some truly record-breaking weather events, which is now hard to do after the weather of the 1990's. Earmark this one as well. Figure 4: Summer Solstice, 2001 (June 15, 2001) planetsm6d15y2001.gif The spirals of the first few months of 2001 will form up into an extremely dangerous electromagnetic alignment in June, with a perfect conjunction of Mercury, Earth, and Mars as is shown in Figure 4. Venus is close enough that its diversion of solar storm activity will be conducted and added back to the earth by virtue of the Earth's pull and the pull of Mars. During the next 15 months, this is by far the most dangerous electromagnetic moment. If this alignment pulls peak storms from the top of the sunspot cycle, the weather during the summer of 2001 will be memorable regardless of whether or not there is a pole shift. If there is to be a pole shift in the period of 2000/2001, this is where I would put my bet down, right next to the perigee New Moon on June 23, 2001, which will produce the only Syzygy Class 6 event of the year. At perigee, the moon is closest to the Earth and at the New Moon, this gravity impact is added wholly to the impact of the Sun. (Numerologists and psychics take note, I am very interested in your feedback). On top of this gravitational influence and peaked up centrifugal stress, the solar circuit will be able to hurl the most powerful possible sunstorms. It is most uncertain what the exact results will be except to note that the earth will be maximally impacted and stressed by the most relevant known cosmic variables. If it is possible to put reason, science, foreknowledge, clairvoyance, and prophecy together, I think this is as close at it gets. Now remember, the avalanche event itself will not be heralded by any of this. The earth must shake first and the torches of the Anunnaki must be lighted. Not by just a little more than the normal headlines and reports. By enough to scare a lot of people, probably over a period of at least a month. Then you will know what is happening.
