Isn't it amazing how the money just goes? Forty million just doesn't
stretch to bring in somebody to write responses to Congress. I noticed Starr
always wore really good suits. Perhaps if he had spent less on his tailor
and less time on his law practice (which he kept going throughout), he would
have had the time and funds to do a better job. Funny, honest and honorable
are not words I would ever use to describe this guy. Prissy and vindictive
