Many of the complaints of government non-lethal torture attacks assume
that the methods used are one or more forms of radiation, usually
electrical in nature.
While this may be true in some cases, the method actually in use is a
very sophisticated form of binary chemical warfare. The targeted victim
has been sensitized to various infernal gasses. The sensitizing agent
may be applied by means of gas "A" or sneak drugging.
After sensitization, the application of gas "B" results in the victim
experiencing varying degrees of pain, disorientation, confusion, panic,
and paranoia. Various physiological abnormalities manifest as a result
of attacks over a prolonged period of time. The injuries may require
surgical procedures to rectify.
The binary gas attack technique has an enormous potential for inducing
widespread mayhem as well as mood changes in legislative bodies. It is
a great boon to secret applications since the method maximizes
confusion as to who did what at what time and place.
Its use seems to have been limited to tormenting and effectively
neutralizing persons whom the government views as a threat to national
security (read: the security of the federal gang). Whether the
perceived threat is real or imaginary is beside the point.
The government gang of mercenary thugs knows exactly why it deserves
enemies.
These diabolical and very tricky techniques of government torture have
been extensively tested "in the field" upon emotionally disturbed
persons with a history of hospitalization. Sensitized in a place away
from home, the victim's subsequent complaints at home when hit with gas
"B" are incomprehensible to those who are in close proximity to him.
With a history of hospitalization, the victim's complaints can be
plausibly dismissed with the catch-phrase "it's all in head."
The specific gravity of the gasses is apparently adjustable. Gas "B"
can be diffused in a low-level stretch of highway which the victim is
approaching. It is a black bag technique with numerous variants all of
which cause the victim pain and sometimes severe injuries without
anyone near the victim having the slightest idea of what's actually
happening. Introduced into a basement the gas may rise, escaping
detection by gas chromatographs at ground level.
Secret binary chemical (gas) warfare is the government's ace-in-the-
hole. Recently, in some jurisdictions, the possession by civilians of
gas masks has been decreed to be unlawful and forbidden.
The topic is scary and is totally avoided by the prostituted corporate/
government media criminals. Everyone is led to believe that hi-tech
secret torture techniques must be radiant and electrical in their
fundamental nature. This is simply not the case -- sneak sensitization
and gassing is what's actually going on.
