* Several years ago My home was broken into, trashed, Teargassed to the
point that I lost nearly all my posseions. I was maced repeatedly AFTER being
teargassed. This was done by police who failed to identify themselves and
after I called the police station to report a breakin attempt.
Since I defended myself, I was charged with among many things, intimidation
of a police officer, assault and battery on an officer. and attempted murder
of an officer--- a police dog which i tried to fend off.
Oh they were sorry they had the wrong house. but the charges stood..until I
dropped my lawsuits. Neverthess Im am and will forever be a convicted
felon--intimidation of a police offericer 2 years probation and time served.
Do I feel safe? I'm safe as long as the police are not in the neighborhood.
