Tom Vilsack (D) last month gave his endorsement to a college scholarship program for homosexual high school students. Funded by Republican business tycoon and sodomy advocate Rich Eychaner, the program will award three scholarships a year to homosexual kids who want to attend on of Iowa's three state universities.
