UFO'S, aliens, apparitions of Mother Mary or Princess Diana, a God who
dies
on the cross and then ascends to heaven... If you believe in any of

things
then pay attention to this court case.
In the United States, judges no longer rule by law, they rule by
precedent.
Once
a precedent is set through a victory in court, other "similar" cases
can
cite that
precedent. If the judge agrees that the second case "matches" the first
case,
then
the ruling follows that of the original case. Laws passed by elected
legislators no
longer matter. Precedents Rule!
In Westchester County, NY, a husband is using belief in UFO's, Ascension
and
Aliens as the reason his wife should not be given custody of their
children.
If the court rules that a belief in aliens, UFO's and Ascension makes
this
woman
an unfit mother, then all Christian mothers who believe in the Ascension
of
Jesus can also be labeled as unfit mothers and have their children taken
from
them.
Sometimes you have to fight for the rights of people that you don't
like,
because
if you don't, the precedent will be set, and the next child that is
taken
away,
could be yours.

Mother in
her child custody case.

In April of this year the web magazine Surfing The Apocalypse published
an
interview with Brian Williams AKA Sargel18. In the interview Mr.
Williams
provided photographic evidence of orbs and other anomalous phenomena
filmed at an energy vortex in Wanaque New Jersey.
Today, Surfing The Apocalypse has learned that Mr. Williams' partner
Sandra
Rehl, who is a plaintiff in divorce proceedings, has been ordered to
show
cause
at the Supreme Court, State of New York, County of Westchester as to why
an
order should not be made directing the following relief:
Enjoining the plaintiff from having unsupervised contact with her two
children.
Suspending all overnight contact between the plaintiff and the two
children.
Enjoining the plaintiff from permitting Bryan Williams to be in the
presence
of,
or have contact with the children.
Directing the plaintiff to pay the defendant the reasonable costs of
maintaining
the instant proceeding.

All this in response to items posted on the Internet and a public access
TV
interview by Bryan Williams.
Richard Rehl, the defendant in the divorce proceedings has stated that
due to
Sandra Rehl's belief in the existence of "aliens" and the concept of
"ascension"
that he has "serious concerns for the immediate health, safety and well
being" of
his children "both on a physical and emotional level."
In the order Mr. Rehl claims: "The problem is that both of my children
have
expressed a belief that the aliens do exist, actually are coming through
a
"portal"
in New Jersey and that their Mother and her paramour are in
communication
with and actively pursuing the aliens. My son (name withheld) recently
indicated
that he has actually photographed the orbs. This is a warped sense of
reality."
Mr. Rehl also states: "Unfortunately, she (Sandra Rehl ed.) has now
embarked
upon an apparent course of conduct wherein she actually incorporates our
children into her pursuit of alien life forms which include without
limitation
convincing the children that certain photographs she possesses with her
current
paramour, Bryan Williams, depict actual alien "orbs" which are located
in
swamps in the state of New Jersey, that Mr. Williams and her have
actually
communicated with aliens, that Mr. Williams first communicated with
aliens as
a
child in the Sahara desert."
Surfing The Apocalypse has spoken with Sandra Rehl who stated that none
of
her research activity in relation to the "orbs" has ever been conducted
in the
presence of her children.
Mr. Rehl goes on to equate the belief in ascension as a threat to the
children due
to it sounding "remarkably like a Hale-Bopp type situation."
What Mr. Rehl is referring to here is the "Heaven's Gate" suicides of 39
people
on March 28, 1997, in Rancho Santa Fe, California.
Richard Rehl: "The urgency of this application is based upon my
children's
most
recent statements to me. They are convinced the so-called "aliens" and
orbs
are
real. Their beliefs are cause for great concern especially in light of
the
Plaintiff's
conduct. They (Mr. Williams and Ms. Rehl ed.) recently began talking
about
ascension (See exhibit 2) (Surfing the Apocalypse interview ed.) The
Plaintiff
and Mr. Williams are apparently convinced that based upon certain
celestial
events and other criteria they will space travel or as they put it, the
"ascension" in
2001 and that Mr. Williams intends to take a select few people with him
in
"2001". This is causing me tremendous concern. It sounds remarkably like
a
"Hale-Bopp" type situation. Their Mother and her paramour are clearly
not in
touch with reality and given the extreme zeal with which they are
pursuing
what
was once presumed to be a mere fascination or ideation."

This case could set a dangerous legal precedent. If it is possible to
restrict a
parent from access to their children based on their belief in aliens and
ascension,
it could also be possible to do so because of belief in a "supernatural"
Jesus and
the scenario outlined in the Bible -Book of Revelation.
Should a parent be isolated from their children because the ex-spouse
does not
agree with their beliefs and deems them to have "a warped sense of
reality",
if in
every other sense that person has been a good and loving parent?
And what evidence should Sandra Rehl produce to prove that there is no
cause
for her to be separated from her children? Ms. Rehl was not the subject
of the
interview, Bryan Williams was. Does she have to produce evidence that
aliens
do
indeed exist in order to not be restricted from her children?
How many of you who have children believe in UFO's? Will you think twice
now before expressing these views?
For many years a stigma has been placed on reporting sightings and
personal
abductions. Now that the stigma is starting to ease is this a way to
push the
subject back into the closet?
