Abrams, calling from Israel on behalf of DISNEY's TALK/MIRAMAX, warned of immediate legal action against this report if new details were released and circulated about the controversial project. For her part, Brown was e-mailing a cagey response to DISNEY stockholders who expressed concern whether company money was being used to investigate the sex lives of Starr's staff and others. One DISNEY stockholder e-mailed: "Someone should bring a shareholder suit against Tina Brown and her lack of judgement, and for this waste of corporate assets."
