Not that it matters is the grand scheme of things...but you referred to Rice
Crispies and not Rice Crispy Treats, in your post...Rice Crispies cereal is
unsweetened...and as for the Hostess family of "goodies"...well, I'm not
really a "sweet-tooth"...but I sense that you are.
One more point...sugar DOESN'T cause hyperactivity in children...our
wonderful pancreas sees to that. Yet another fable that the sheeple fall
for...
