Since, as Stolinsky pointed out today on Newsmax, a unanimous Supreme Court
held in 1995 (Wilson vs. Arkansas), that:

Since, the Supreme Court has contempt for the executive branch,
as evidenced by their unprecedented boycotting of his
address......
..... why would the Supreme Court deny cert and allow the illegal
raid to stand and the boy to leave? I would think they'd be
gleeful to overturn Reno's breaches of "rule of law" and
embarrass Janet and Bill.
